“Delivery down as p.m. but could do with more clarification as container arrived just before staff were due to leave.”

Apologies that there was no specific time, we use an external haulage company for our deliveries and they only offer AM or PM delivery time and deliver up until 6pm, so we do ask that somebody be available up until that time. Thanks, CC.

“Very HAPPY WITH THE WORK YOU CARRY OUT, AND THE CONTAINER WAS DELIVERD IN THE MAIN CAR PARK , THE STAFF ON SITE ALL SO WAS VERY HAPPY, MANY THANKS”

“easy to deal with and the containers ordered were the ones we received in a good condition. delivery was for AM but second contianer didnt arrive until 4pm. would use again”

“Service levels good and the price. container did not arrive on time due to transport issues. But the following day arrived. Driver very good and helpful offloading in the pace I wanted! so all in all very pleased apart from the slight delay. Mr J Robinson”

“Container arrived when they said it would, Driver was great and put it exactly where we wanted it to go. only hiccup was that the container had a slight leak which once reported was fixed within a few days. great service and aftercare.”

“Only issue should have been advised if second hand container and re sprayed that the locking bars are sprayed and it's very difficult to lock and open as so stiff. I am really struggling to get access and locking as I do not have the strength to do. So with that issue very disappointed.”

“1st container was good but second had a leak and had to be replaced.Replacement container also not in brilliant condition with at least two large dents in the roof which are well rusted and likely to spring a leak in the not too distant future.Quality of the containers generally disappointing.Delivery service and placement of containers on site was excellent with no complaints at all.Customer service from Cleveland was also excellent as the leaking container was quickly replaced with no discussion necessary.”
