“I placed an order on the 6th of August, it was a Saturday and on the 10th I received an email saying they tried delivering but they couldn’t get in contact with me. I later realised that I typed in my number incorrectly. So I called them the next day and the issue was resolved. I received a call from the courier company and he told me that my order would be delivered the next day and it was. I received my order today and it’s the 12th of August. I honestly wasn’t expecting to receive it so fast cos I stay in Limpopo. Thank you Clicks.”

The store i collected from was the clicks Chatsworth Branch and i must say the service received from the Chatsworth store was amazing. My first visit when collecting my items i had not went in with a trolley, but the awesome manager had gotten 1 for me and checked my products with me and their after assisted me out the store. On my second visit, i had gone there to exchange one of the products and the staff was very helpful, they did the exchange without any hassles and i didn't have to follow the que after selecting the correct item that i had wanted. So thumbs up to Clicks Chatsworth, keep up the amazing service.”
