“Shop assistant, Robyn, was very helpful and assisted me when I rang to place an order over the phone from Melbourne. She took my order and warned me that the delivery may take a little longer than usual due to the COVID pandemic. However I received the package in three days much to my surprise. Very good service indeed.”

“Shop is lovely and most of the people working there. Didn't appreciate the older lady making faces behind my parents and partners back when they asked questions, very unprofessional. Other gentlemen staff on that day were very helpful.”

Hi Troy thanks for the feedback. I am very sorry this was your experience as we work hard to provide exceptional customer service and support.
