“The article has been sitting in Brisbane for six days. Therefore I have not received the item and cannot assess the the quality of the watch. I am dissatisfied at the slow speed that it is traveling towards me. For that I give it a poor grade, something I'd expect out of China.”

Hi Gail, thank you for your feedback and for your support. It is unfortunate that we are experiencing longer than expected delays with international freight. We dipsatched your order promptly however we are at the mercy of the freight companies scrambling to do their best during this difficult time.

“Arrived quickly and was pretty straight forward to order on line. Only thing that could be improved was that there were no assembly instructions with the clock mechanism nor could I find anything on their website so had to search for something on YouTube.”
