Clock Shop takes you on an incredible journey into the world of clocks. From mechanical cuckoo clocks and chiming grandfather clocks to watches, music boxes and anniversary clocks, there are literally hundreds of clocks to see and choose from.

As well as clocks, there is a fabulous range of German made weather instruments, barometers and weather houses, German souvenirs, beer steins, European Christmas decorations including nutcrackers, smoking men and Christmas pyramids.

If you're visiting South East Queensland the Clock Shop in Montville is truly iconic and a must see.

“We had been up to Montville the previous weekend, and my husband commented on one of the motor bike clocks. As it is very hard to find anything for him, my daughter and I decided to go back the following weekend for the clock. Staff were lovely, just wished that we had checked opening hours as we got up there pretty early. still he loved the clocked and couldn't believe we went back for it :)”

“I used to own a miniature carriage clock made by Matthew Norman which Dan repaired for me, much to my delight. It was only around 70 mm high. After a few months at home it just totally disappeared - one of my good friends or family must have knocked it off - such are the joys of owning these exquisite pieces...............”

“The quartz clock workings item was not size 19mm as shown on packaging, but 16mm. Rang to sort it out, nice lady (that's the 2 stars) said she would forward on. Then nothing. Left for a week and sent message via web site, Still nothing. Gave up and purchased correct item elsewhere. Clock works fine.”

We appreciate that you have taken the time to bring this to our attention and if you can provide any further information as to who you spoke to so we can address this internally, I would appreciate you emailing me at reviews@clockshop.com.au. I have also checked our emails and we only have the initial enquiry from you on the 2nd of March to which you received a reply and subsequently ordered on the 4th of March. I can't see any other emails about this mistake. Regardless, this is not the customer service we strive to deliver and I will arrange a refund and advise when this has been processed. “Everything was very good the staff were very helpful the product was what I expected but I am unable to work out how to buy on line so I had to pay freight not your fault I am old (9o) so have trouble understanding computers”
