“Dear Daniel, Thank you and your team for the prompt and friendly service I recently received when requesting a small spare part for our Cuckoo Clock we purchased from you over a decade ago. The part only cost $2 but regardless of this the help I experienced was exceptional. Look forward to visiting your shop again when we holiday in your area. Kind regards, Neville Brown, Ocean Grove, Victoria”
