“The Clock Shop's website is excellent! I purchased parts to repair a couple of clocks and the descriptions of all the items enabled an easy and informed decision. The detail included with measurements and pictures made it very clear which parts were required and that they would fit when they arrived. Processing of our order was very prompt with an email notification the same day that it had been despatched. All parts are now fitted and 2 clocks are working again.”

“overall I am very happy with the experience. I wasnt home at the time of the delivery so star treck took it back to their depot. which was great but I have to pick it up in person between 10 am & 4.30 pm so I have to take some time off work to pick it up. I havent picked it up so I cant answer in your servey if it was damaged. many thanks to your team”
