“I required parts for a Schatz 8 day Cuckoo Clock and once I got onto you with part numbers of the applicable parts they were despatched and arrived in two days. The only reason you got 4 instead of 5 stars is that it took two days to get onto you.! I repaired clocks professionally for Prouds, Angus and Coote and three other Jewellers in Canberra back in the 60's as matter of interest. Thank you for your interest”

“I was able to find a compatible product on your website. The photos & description provided confirmation that the mechanism I wanted was the correct one. The part arrived quickly. The part was an exact match & we were able to keep our favourite wall clock operational instead or throwing it out. I had a great online shopping experience.”

“Great videos on identifying and changing the mechanism, reasonable price, quick delivery. Clock works now! I chose the high torque because (twice) local “supposed” clock repairers had not got the clock working. Works fine now.”
