“I ordered two vanities and two vanity tops with bowls. Pictures attached. Excellent packing and timely delivery. Excellent quality. My GC who's done this work 30 years was extremely impressed. One flaw: I wish you offered side and back splashes in your countertop material (not the wood back splash with some models). Then you'd get an A plus instead of just an A. The carrera marble goes very well everywhere, even with a carmel colored/white marble floor. White vanity with carerra marble is another no-miss, fool-proof option. Sorry about my daughter's stuff all over! Hope the pictures help someone else contemplating spending $$$.”

“We were very satisfied with the James Martin Vanities from Vanities Depot and the customer service for replacing a damaged vanity quickly. James Martin has beautiful vanities and countertop/sink and very solid construction, so much so we bought 3 matching vanities for 3 bathrooms. I was also very impressed with the great customer service I received when a vanity arrived damaged. I do wish that it had stated that delivery was only possible via 18 wheeler and I would not get curbside delivery even though charged for this at the time of purchase, (due to living on a dead-end street in the country the 18 wheeler would not come to my house), I had to go meet the delivery man 20 minutes from our home, so had to get my contractor who had a trailer go and pick it up for me since I did not have a vehicle that would fit the vanities. I was glad he was here or I would have been in trouble. This is not a reflection on the vanities they are very beautiful and great quality products that I am sure we will enjoy for years to come.”

“Vanities Depot was fantastic. They packaged everything top notch so it didn't get damaged. Very impressive. The only issue I had was with delivery. The carrier was late and communication was horrible. They were supposed to setup an appointment and never did. They showed up and I had to leave work to meet them and sign for it. Nothing Vanities Depot could predict.”
