Countertop came split in half!!!!! No help from the company !!!!

My original vanity purchased shipped with some damage. Vanity depot was going to ship another one out but would not expedite the shipping... I already waited 10 days to receive the first one. I told them that I would prefer a refund, their response was for me to destroy the vanity and provided pictures before they can issue a refund. I emailed them several times after that without any responses while my whole bathroom renovation is on hold. Stay away from this company!!

I bought A Vanity that cost me 2,000.00$ and I made the mistake of not opening the box until my contractor installed it, the legs were rusted and there were paint problems! The customer salesman basically told me that it was my problem and not there's and they would send me A paint stick to fix It! Are you kidding me??? Stay away from this company!

I purchased a James Martin vanity from vanities depot. The vanity countertop out of the box had gross imperfections on the surface. The final finish was inconsistently applied leaving large gaps on the surface, inconsistent shading, and drip marks on the front edges. I brought this to the attention of the vanities depot and manufacturer who accused me of applying a cleaner to the surface causing the damage. They refused any remediations as the counter top was already installed on the vanity and accused me of causing the problem. This was a gross dereliction in responsibility to the defective manufacturing standard and misrepresentation of their manufacturer's warranty. Buyer beware. Do not purchase James Martin vanities and find another reseller that supports the consumer.

I ordered two vanities from this company. One was beautiful and as pictured. The other was very cheap quality. Quite disappointed at how customer service handled it. There was no apology or offer in exchanging it. Instead, I was told only option to return is to pay $300 for return shipping (the item itself was $840). Just seems absurd and I would never recommend nor order form Vanities Depot again

Support is terrible and shady. The item I ordered was backordered so I found something else. I tried to cancel the order only to be told it had already shipped. Only thing is I never recieved a shipping confirmation. That seemed odd. A week later I received an email saying it was ready to ship. At this point I was screwed. Now I need to jump through hoops and reject the shipment. Not sure I'll get the $2500 refund anytime soon.

Color was very different from the pictures. The return policy makes it impossible to return the vanity since one has to pay and arrange for the freight delivery. Not what we wanted at all. The vanity also is not levelled since there is instability in the legs. The contractor will fix it and we will see if it works but overall, a lot of money wasted

I had a horrible experience with Vanities Depot. I recently lost my Dad and did not receive the message about scheduling a delivery. They charged me 3x the original shipping amount as they sent the item back to the warehouse and deducted that amount from my refund. These guys are crooks with no heart and no compassion. The vanity is less money on Fergusen and they have incredible return policies. I’m out almost $500 with the cost of the original shipping and their ridiculous fees tk have it sent back. It was restocked in less than 4 days of when the email was sent and they gave no information on the email.

Yeah, I'd say you dropped the ball. You cost me about $700 more in shipping because the idiots in your shipping department are not schooled in over water shipping. You used an oversized pallet that had me paying to ship a 100 cubes of airspace. The small items should have been consolidated to a 48" x 36" pallet, and the linen cabinet should have been shipped separately. The towering linen cabinet on the same pallet added to the 100 cubes of airspace shipped. A bunch of morons. I got a quote for shipping the items individually, $267. What I paid for shipping, $980. You want to make it up? Give me a $700 discount.

So we ordered a total of three vanities from vanities Depot. Two were approx 36 inches wide and one approx 72 inches wide. Marble countertops. Two shorter ones arrived fine. The longer double sink countertop arrived cracked. They sent a replacement; it arrived cracked; they sent a second replacement, it too arrived cracked. They sent a third replacement, this time with something they called white glove shipment; you guessed correctly, cracked. Such a waste of time and contractors cost. They reimbursed the cost of the countertop and we went with a local west palm beach supplier after deducting the ten percent discount from the original cost. I’d give 0 stars for this abhorrent customer service. A recommendation after vanities Depot lost money on four countertops—it doesn’t take much to conclude GET A DIFFERENT SHIPPER—they represent you when you have them make the delivery! Terrible service.

Customer service is always a challenge with this company. I have asked for tracking details and received other customers' information and have been promised pieces only to hear nothing days later. Over the phone tends to be a better experience if you can reach someone, but email and chat are painfully slow to respond. If the product ordered is straight-forward with no chance of issues, Vanities Depot is great; if there is an item that may be broken upon shipping or split up into multiple shipments, good luck.

The vanity arrived damaged. When replacement parts were sent, they did not include all the pieces, despite informing me that they would. The vanity itself appeared different from the photos and the online description, neither of which indicated a distressed look. Also, the soldering on the drawer pulls we’re poorly executed. When I attempted to contact customer service for a return, they took a very long time to respond at all and were not helpful. I am still waiting to return this item and still have not received appropriate customer service. Initially, I’d planned to exchange the current vanity I purchased for a different one at Vanities Depot, but given the current situation, I can’t imagine why I’d bother.

Please go elsewhere unless you enjoy paying for a broken vanity they have no intention of repairing. All the drawers were broken & one leg was broken off. Months later I am still talking with customer service if they bother to answer the phone or emails. Go elsewhere, anywhere just don’t buy from this horrible company.
