It was a sample but it took a very long time to arrive and the color was not like the web site it was much darker

The vanity seems to be constructed well. I just was a little disappointed in the delivery. The truck left it at the end of my driveway partly in the street w/a damaged box. I had to have my neighbor move it to my garage w/his tractor b/c I could not lift it by myself. Fortunately it was packaged securely and there was no obvious damage.

the shipper said they had a semi and couldn't deliver to the house. They had a box truck! They also delivered two vanities stacked on top of each other. Pretty tricky to transport back to home and then get off a trailer. Shipper communication not the best.

We love our vanity but I reached out about the counter still not being delivered and still haven’t heard back. We would love to use your company again, but the lack of communication is concerning. I hope that you will get back to us soon.

The vanity was easy to order and is beautiful, but does have imperfections that we can hide somewhat. it was also damaged pretty bad in transit and we were only offered a $300 credit to keep the damaged vanity. The alternative offer was to wait for a replacement, but we were on a timeline for this project and there was no guarantee another one wouldn't be damaged. Customer service was responsive.

First vanity was badly damaged during shipping. Cedric in customer service was great getting a replacement quickly. The replacement came on a poorly built pallet and again had some damage. They come a long way and I think a pallet all the way around the vanity would help. With my wife needing her bathroom back I made the repairs to this one so I could be done

Vanity is beautifully built and is as advertised as excellent as kitchen cabinets from cabinets to go I did have problems with shipping which was handed off to secondary company on arrival to nearest city of substantial size Vanities depot sent email delivered not stating it was to secondary shipping I text and called and for whatever reason I couldn’t get secondary shipping’s phone number to set up time date for receiving vanity I offered to pickup with no response since shipping office 1 1/2 hours away after secondary shipping recicieved ‘‘twas a week before I actually received vanity Better communications between customers and delivery would’ve saved me wasted time and money Loved the product hated the service

The vanities look great for our master bathroom. One of the backsplashes had a small nick in the wood however. I also called you direct and could have had better advice on what size mirror would go with the 48" vanity and had to send one of the mirror back and order the smaller version.

The time to get the James Marten double vanity and two matching mirrors was great but one of the mirrors must have been dropped or crushed at corner at some point (box wrinkled) because decorative trim is separated from the mirror so I’m going to have to put caulk or touch up with paint. They were expensive and the person who dropped it all off couldn’t stay around to let us open all when delivered. Just wish they arrived in perfect condition.

Vanity workmanship is excellent and design is exceptional. However final delivery was extremely worrisome. Shipped from James Martin was as expected considering vanity had to made (not in stock item). Unit shipped via Estee trucking then handed off for local home delivery. I was advised via text of the delivery date and time. Things started to go wrong when the secondary trucker insisted I was called to conform delivery ? But since I could not be contacted the shipment was being returned. After waiting weeks for this delivery? Managed to track shipment in time to be delivered. Although packed extremely well by James Martin wear and tare on the packing on pallet showed. Fortunately no damage. Considering my response with vanity depot on my delivery issued I would not consider recommending them

Return policy is less than stellar. I bought an expensive vanity online. When making my purchase, I got an offer to buy the matching mirrors. I clicked "yes" without consideration of the size of the mirrors. I simply looked at the photo which had about 3-5 inches separating the twin mirrors. Well, the mirrors shipped a size LARGER than the vanity width and even butted together extended beyond the width of the vanity. Because the mirrors were back ordered, my contractor had to delay the installation of the mirrors to work on another projects. When he became free, he installed and mirrors and discovered the width discrepancy. However, since the return was beyond the 14 days and my contractor could not return when the mirrors did not ship at the same time of the vanity, Vanities Depot charged me for shipping. Had the mirrors shipped on time with the vanity, my contractor and I would have noticed the width disparities and the time of installation of the vanity which was within 48 hours of arriving. However, Vanities Depot did not care to share in this delay.

Vanity built very well, however extremely disappointed in finish. White blobs on front as well as in seams. If box not destroyed taking vanity out, probably would have returned it. Now looking for someone to refinish it.

I received my vanity with all packaging in perfect condition but when I removed the foam surrounding it it had a split in the wood. I was able to wood glue back together. Not sure why it did that other then maybe wood dried out to fast in production or shipping.

I placed the order for the double vanity with countertops and mirrors in the middle of November. The order went through without any problems, and then I received the email saying that the product is out of stock. I was disappointed to find that out after I placed the order. In the email, it stated that I should expect to receive the product the week of November 25, but no further information was provided. I sent email asking for the status. I received the response in the next day saying that the I should expect to receive the product around December 8th. I received no follow up email after that, but I emailed again asking for the status. I then received the phone call from the freight forwarder that they are about to deliver the large and heavy wooden pallet. The product was delivered that afternoon. I then received the email with tracking information after the product was delivered. The product came in pieces but delivered without damage. I am happy with the quality of the product. The vanity is beautiful. The customer service could be better. Instead of the buyer to keep asking for the status, I wish they could have done more proactively letting me know the status especially the delivery of the product was delayed. It is not a cheap purchase. I got charged before the product was delivered.
