Our original vanity purchase shipped broken and now we are still waiting for our replacement while we keep our contractors waiting so they can finish our bathroom remodel. I would think that a replacement shipment would move faster so as to show your customers good faith. was told by one of the customer reps that it should be expedited… well that’s a lie obviously. After we finally get our replacement and hopefully it isn’t broken also, I will feel better about your company!!!!

Subject: Dissatisfaction with Recent Vanity Purchase Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your company regarding the purchase of a vanity. To give you some context, I ordered a new vanity, and upon delivery, I was disheartened to find that it had been damaged during transit. I understand that shipping incidents can occur, but what was truly disheartening was the subsequent process. It felt like I had to jump through hoops and negotiate to have the damaged vanity replaced, which, in my opinion, should have been a straightforward resolution. The customer service representative I spoke to acknowledged that they had seen the damage in the pictures I provided and were promptly notified about the issue. However, what surprised me was their perspective that the level of damage was acceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to receive a new and undamaged product, without having to argue over its condition. Regrettably, my experience has left me with a bitter taste, and I am now faced with the need to purchase another vanity. Considering the difficulties I encountered with this transaction, I must admit that I am apprehensive about using your company's services again in the future. I hope this email serves as feedback to help improve your customer service and quality control processes. It is essential that customers feel valued and their concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to a prompt resolution and hope that my future interactions with your company will be more satisfactory. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Your Name]

The vanity was delivered with several cracks. I am still waiting to hear back from customer service.

The shipping was totally screwed up and they tried to send it to her address in Philadelphia or something like that. But I live in California. Still waiting for my replacement. It’s been a few weeks.

I am very disappointed with the ordering process and communications. I ordered a vanity, and in the ordering process had to choose the specific countertop or the option to select "No Countertop." I watched the price change as different countertops made of different materials were selected. I ordered a specific countertop, but when the vanity arrived, it arrived with a backsplash but no countertop. When I attempted to contact Vanities Depot, I would only ever reach voice mail and then get a return voice mail that just stated that I had not ordered or paid for a countertop. No one ever addressed my invoice or screen shots showing how their ordering process made it look clear that a countertop was being ordered along with the vanity. I consider this a bait-and-switch approach, since I ended up having to order a countertop separately, and once that additional cost was factored in, Vanity Depot prices were no longer competitive at all and I could have ordered the item with much less frustration at my local big box hardware store. There was also a serious issue with delivery where the truck driver called me at work and said he was a half hour away but that he couldn't fit his 40ft truck into our neighborhood, and wanted me to get a truck and drive out to meet him to get the vanity delivered. When I asked what other options I would have, he said none-- the item would be returned to the warehouse and we'd have to pay for shipping. Fortunately my contractor was working that day and was able to take his personal truck and complete the delivery, but this is really unacceptable-- we don't live in a remote or difficult area, just a typical suburban neighborhood with cul de sacs. The only reason this review is two stars instead of one is that the actual vanity was high quality and in good shape when it arrived, but I would not work with Vanity Depot again.

I was shopping for a particular style and found it at a significantly lower price here than anywhere else-- that should have been my "buyer beware" moment. When I ordered the vanity, there were choices for "no countertop" and then several assorted colors and materials for the countertop, with different prices changing depending on the countertop/sink selection. I selected the countertop to go with the vanity and my invoice clearly shows that selection. I paid that price, and the vanity arrived without a counter/sink at all. When I called I could not reach anyone on the phone, and I received one callback that said I had not ordered or paid for a countertop. No one has called my back since to explain why I have an invoice that shows a countertop but no countertop is recorded on their side? Sounds like a bait and switch to me, and now I either have to order from them separately or find someway to do a custom countertop and sink locally. On top of that, when delivery was arranged, the driver called me about a half hour before and said that his truck was too big to fit in our neighborhood and he wanted someone to come out with a pick up and meet him and load the items into that truck. My only other option was to have the item returned to the warehouse. This is practically blackmail, and I was fortunate that my contractor was working at the house that day, had his truck with him, and was willing to go out and meet the delivery-- although of course that added time to what I was paying my contractor.

I rated you as poor only due to your return process. It shouldn't take 2 weeks to get a BOL given today's technology! Your customer support team says they cannot help expedite it because it's handled by someone else. In the meantime the furniture sits in my garage taking up space.

I was told I would get an email and text when vanity shipped, I never did. I only learned when the shipping company called me and wanted to schedule a delivery.

The first of the two cabinets was delivered upon short notice - the customer received a call the day of delivery, rather than a day before as promised. When the second cabinet delivery was late, without contact from Vanities Depot, the manufacturer or the shipper, a phone call to VD and then the shipper revealed that the local trucking company had attempted delivery twice, and was given the incorrect phone number for the delivery notification. There was absolutely effort made to notify the customer of this problem, either by door note or email. The VD order confirmation provides a tracking number and link to follow the status of the shipment “at our store” but that link requires a app download to a mobile device, which then becomes an advertising site that promotes products without shipment tracking capability. A bit of misleading “bait-and-click” on the tracking link there. Vanities Depot needs to tighten up the ship for customer follow-up and tracking capability as well as avoiding misleading information given to customers.

The vanity was shown as 36”, however is it a 33” vanity. Also, it is more distressed and lighter than pictured. Finally, the drawers do not line up and don’t close evenly. I will not use Vanity Depot again.

Sink top came broken - may have been the delivery. Did not open until a few weeks later to find it broken and had to pay for a new one. New sink top came broken again. This time I opened right away and now waiting for 3rd sink top that happens to now be on backorder. If delivery is what broke it, then it needs to be packaged with more protection.

We received our vanity damaged. We noted it to the Freight company at time of delivery and once we unboxed the vanity there was structural damage to it. I have emailed and phoned your company numerous times. Emails have not been returned. Not even so much as a "we've received your email and we will get back to you". That is very frustrating. I phoned and talked to someone. They indicated that someone was working on it and said the BOL showed the freight company had blocked out the complaint of damage. I also phone yesterday and left a message for someone to call me back, but still no reply. We need to know how to get this resolved. Our house is nearly complete and we still do not have a solution for the bathroom vanity. PLEASE, PLEASE, return our call or emails and let us know where this stands. Thank you. Order #13125

This vanity arrive on a pallet that was so smashed and damaged I could not see how it name it. I have not been able to open the crate. I hope it's OK? I can not open it because of space limitations. Won't be able to look until next week. Very large construction project so this was unacceptable for delivery. The drivers just dumped it on us and ran. I asked about the condition they just said this is your problem.

When I bought the vanity I immediately noticed In the delivery section I had our other home address. I sent a message through the website and I called the phone number for your company and left a message regarding changing the address. The unit was back ordered. It was shipped to the first address and was not updated. Now your company want another $350 to ship it.

Understand the delay as its happening all over, but only 2 parts of my 3 part vanity arrived. Now have to wait as they re ordered it. Contractors/plumbers now have to come back a second time to install that section, when it gets here.

I have been waiting for customer service to call me back to resolve the issue with the broken legs on the vanity. I have called every day. They say they are waiting for the manager to give them an answer. I ordered another vanity for my other bathroom and I’m sorry that I ordered it from this company. Mayb this review will get someone to call me back!!!!

I ordered two vanities ... they are beautiful and I love them. HOWEVER, one arrived without the sink! How on earth does that happen? When I called customer service, they were very helpful in getting me another sink, but the representative did mention that this has been a recurring problem lately. I had to pay my contractor twice instead of once ... once to install the vanity (without the sink), and then another time to come back and install the sink.
