“The vanity we ordered was on backorder from the manufacturer. The tracking supplied wasn't good. The vanity just showed up and luckily we were home to receive it. The rest of the process was fine, but the shipping and interactions with support around the shipping were very subpar in today's world. You should take a hard look at this area.”

“I like the product. It’s much more durable and made with quality materials than the other online retailers like Wayfair or Overstock. HOWEVER…. After ordering I was told it was out of stock and would take a month to arrive. AND…. When i went to order the counter top (which i did separately than the vanity order) I was told that it was out of stock AND discontinued. There was minimal help to order another option or find a solution from a different line within the website, that would work for my vanity I ordered. There was difficulty communicating as I believe the customer service employee had limited English language abilities. I ended up canceling my order and finding the same top elsewhere after a wild goose hunt! It was very inconvenient.”

“Very happy with the vanity - good quality and looks amazing. The packaging and shipping was excellent, as well. Priced right for what we received. However, it took months longer to receive than we were told. Several months! Additionally, the shipper almost destroyed it. The shipper arrived and it was just one small young guy. His loading dock thing on end of his truck wasn’t working right - it would only go down on one side so our giant heavy vanity with marble top is hanging in mid-air at a 45 degree angle and about to literally fall off the truck into the road. Hanging there six feet in the air and slowly sliding down the 45 degree angle to the edge. I had to run across the yard and help the guy save it from falling off. It was close. Another few seconds and it would have been destroyed. They need to use a different shipper and/or fix their equipment and definitely send more than one guy to unload.”

“Your customer service is wonderful. Your products are drop dead gorgeous. But my Carrara Marble Vanity Top arrived broken twice. I am waiting for the 3rd one praying it is in perfect condition. This is the cherry on top of my bathroom remodel and I need to get it asap.”

“We bought 2 vanites from them , a 48” single Bristol vanity in the Vanilla color for the Guest Bathroom remodel and a 72” Double Bristol Vanity in white washed Walnut for the Master Bathroom remodel. Both are well built, strong, dovetail joinery for the drawers. Soft close drawers and cabinets. We bought them with the Solid Surface counter tops and sinks. Spendy but worth it”

“The out of stock order became available for delivery around the expected date. There was communication that the item would available by the end of a certain week and then I didn’t receive an update. I reached out to the company and they said it was now in stock. After that, everything went smoothly.”

“The quality of the cabinets was excellent. I was very pleased with them. However, shipping and packaging was a failure. The 5 boxes were shrink wrapped into one package weighing over 400 lbs. and was left on the sidewalk of my condominium blocking its use by other residents. Being a single women, I was unable to move the package by myself and had to call my contractor to return to move the packages for me. Had the carrier been allowed to enter my building to at least leave it in my condo would have been better for me. At no time was I told they could not enter my building until the day before delivery.”
