“Vanities depot was great and I wished go have known before hand about the impracticality of the james martin vanity. Is gorgeous but when you turn on the faucet, the water runs out of the sink and onto the front of the cabinets because the sink is too shallow”

Hello Kim, Thank you for your feedback. This sink has a 3" flat surface designed for easy cleaning. It is not designed to work with 2" or shorter neck faucets for this very reason.

“Ordered a 60" Cottage White James Martin vanity and Mirror. My only complaint is it took a little longer then we expected for delivery. It was however placed the day before Thanksgiving so processsing the order did not happen until following Monday. Other then that I would recommend Vanities Depot.”

“Beanies a black vanity for my daughters bathroom. Searched all over the internet and found this one. It was the “richest”’looking one I could find for the small dimensions. When I opened the box I couldn’t be happier. It is in a white bathroom with marble tiles and a marble top and looks beautiful! The only reason I give it 4/5 is because the shipping company was a bit difficult to work with. They called to say they were delivering and really didn’t speak English. It took several days to get the vanity delivered once it made it local.”

“I love the look of this vanity. However, we are replacing a 2 sink plumbing situation on the wall and it wasn't true to size. It is about 6 inches shorter than was advertised so we are incurring a plumbing cost to move one of the pipes in. Not sure if that is something on our end in measuring vanities but not true to size printed.”

“Greetings, The James Martin Sonoma Coffee Oak single vanity is beautiful and well built. It is a solid vanity and we are pleased with it! If we were to rate our experience with Vanities Depot, I would say 4 stars out of 5. It would be 5 but I feel the communication needs improvement, contacting the customer if the product doesn't ship when expected or updates in general. This is a sizable sum of money to spend over the internet on something sight unseen so one has to have a lot of trust and regular communication after the initial sale would go a long way in assuring the customer that all is well and in process. The vanity was very well packaged for shipping which was definitely appreciated, especially since it traveled about half way across the country to get to us. Thank-you, Micah Tober Pic attached.”

“Vanity was delivered in great shape. Packing was done very well by James Martin. The quality of the cabinet looks to be very good. VD did not offer white glove delivery service which there is no excuse not to be offering. Given the weight of the vanities (200 lbs)and the tops (300lbs) white glove service is really a requirement. We were fortunate to have a very strong and accommodating delivery person.”

“The vanity was as advertised and arrived in good condition, however the sink had to be back ordered and the shipping took a little longer than expected.”

“The item came undamaged but we were annoyed that the plumbing shows underneath, it’s not as good as my other floating vanity in it’s design. I did try to ask how the plumbing will look because you can’t hide it inside because if the drawers and we never really got an answer - we have to pay a handy man to box in the pipes below.”

“the vanity is beautiful but the delivery service is terrible. The vanity was to be delivered on a certain day. They called on that day asking if a semi could get into out development or if a smaller truck needed to be scheduled. It was inconvenient for us to schedule two different dates because we are so busy. Also, they never called to let us know they were planning on coming.”
