“The vanity came when it was expected and the condition was great, part of the box that it came in somewhat ripped open but fortunately did not damage the content inside since it was packaged nicely. I’m happy with my purchase with the company. I also got a discount when I checked out and it made the deal even better.”

“They have great selection, good prices, and excellent customer support. It is clear they care about their customers. I would have given them 5 stars, but my vanity arrived with slight damage from shipping and it took longer than expected to receive it due to it being out of stock.”

“I love the vanity n top. I understand the delay in receiving the items. With that being said, I believe Vanities should have done a better job of communicating the delays. The only way I knew shipping dates changed is when I called to check on the status. Thank you”

“Great countertop and vanity. The only reason it has 4 stars is because the sinks aren't set even with the cupboard doors. I didn't notice it in the picture until we installed it ourselves.”

“Customer service was fine. The size of the vanity top samples was good but $15/sample seems a bit high. $15 for a paint sample really is outrageous so I did not order one even though it would be helpful.”

“I love the Vanity...ordering was easy and delivery service was fantastic. However, you provide different edge configurations for the countertops, and I included in the notes the configuration I wanted. It did not come with that edge. Still it's the perfect vanity and I love it. Would have looked just a bit greater with the edge we wanted. Maybe upgrade your website order format to include the edge requested.”

“Overall we are very happy with the vanity. There was a damaged hing upon arrival, but it was quickly replaced. My only complaint and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that delivery didn’t include bringing it into the house. If this had been better communicated, we could have planned to both be home, luckily a neighbor saw and helped my husband bring it in. But if you are elderly or disabled in anyway, please be sure to check how you will get it inside your home. I guess assumed that when buying something that was $1750 and paying for a delivery fee on top of that, that the delivery would help us get it into the house. Anyway it is a beautiful statement price and the electric in the drawer is great for hiding hair dryer and cords. We opted for it without the countertop so we could have our own cut.”

“Shipment arrived promptly but sink was damaged (corner broken off) - the reason for 4 stars. Unable to determine whether this was due to the way the skid was built for shipment (plastic banding too tight on carton) or occurred during transit/handling by the carrier. In any case, I reported the damage immediately after receipt and "Cedrick" advised me to email photos and he would order a replacement and email me when it shipped. Did not receive email notice of shipment but the replacement arrived intact and all is well. Thanks to "Cedrick" for quick action to make this right.”

“The vanity is beautiful, the only thing I'm not happy about is the one side had a gouge in it, I did E-mail thinking maybe you would take something off the price, but they didn't. There was nothing wrong with the shipping the box was perfect so it had to have been there when it was put in the box.”

“I do have a drawer that doesn't fit but can't be certain of that at this time. Vanity was very heavy and would never been able to be delivered to the second floor without an elevator. May want to check on delivery if on the ground floor or not.”
