The vanity arrived damaged from the manufacturer. There was a screw sticking out that scratched the drawer and base, also, after removing the corner protectors, there was a scratch . Phoned and they sent me a repair kit and gave me $100.00 off.

I have a specific size of vanity I need, to replace another. Only one fit the measurements, but the color was not right. I purchased elsewhere, but appreciate the range of choices offered by Vanities Depot.

I purchased 3 vanities from Vanities Depot. I called before ordering and was specifically told that they included a sink "even if the countertop is not purchased." When they were delivered, no sinks included. I called and was told that sinks are never included without a countertop. Very disappointing and the response when I called was unsatisfactory. Poor customer service. 3 stars because the vanities are nice and were well packaged.

Actually my experience with Vanity Depot was quite good. The shipper was not good. Due to their clerical error, the vanity went to Texas. Then it came back to Florida but their online tracking stopped updating once it was delivered to Texas. I called several times to find the vanity. It was finally delivered Two weeks after it shipped. Terrible service by R & L Carriers.

You guys get a Zero for Customer Service on your website. I sent an email and called and left messages twice about a defect and NO RESPONSE at all. You get a 5 start for James Martin vanities overall quality and design. What can I say!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Angry and happy.

Continual follow up was needed regarding delivery timing. Despite multiple conversations regarding the importance of calling prior to delivery no call was made and our contractor only learned by accident that item had been delivered. Also delivery information through Estes trucking is not timely or accurate. We have not unpacked vanity yet so I can’t speak to the quality or condition

I am extremely happy with my purchase. The vaniety is beautiful and the color Blueis magnificent! However I'm a little upset that the molding on the drawers shower a crack in paint.. they should definitely include touch up kits for color matching..

I was prepared to pay for the sample of the finish on the James < Martin vanity I am considering buying, but I was shocked when my credit card statement showed an additional $10 shipping charge karyn F you may reach me at 561 487 3368 I am ready to send back the sample and am rethinking the purchase of the vanity

I am happy with the product, but the delivery was delayed multiple times. This was by the availability of the product and then by the delivery service. Impressed with the product, but I will definitely shop around before I order vanities for the other 2 bathrooms that I plan to remodel later this year.

On 2/11 I ordered a vanity and top. They were delivered on 2/24. The vanity is very nice however the top was cracked. I called and a new top was ordered. I was told I would receive an email in 24-48 hours. Never received. I called and spoke to Miles. He’s very rude when you question what he told you then story changes. I was told the top would now be shipped on Friday the 28.. not shipped until 3/4. I had to call Miles again to get the info. I should have the new top at the end of next week I hope. Customer service is not great once you’ve paid for your items. I feel that it should take less time to receive a replacement not longer than the original order. So yes you did drop the ball and I would not order from you again. To date I have still not received an email about shipping info. Thanks

Except for top being delivered early in error customer service was prompt. Curbside service was a major problem for us as we live on a small country road with a long gravel driveway. Not sure how i got lucky enough to have vanity at least brought up to my door. At over 200# i had to hire helpers to get it into house. All in all quite an ordeal and would not do this again. Quality very good

Well, we waited for the shipment to actually leave Texas for 19 days and our card was charged the next day we made the purchase. Then our shipment didn’t reach the terminal destination in Jersey City, NJ. The paperwork did, but our shipment was put on a separate company’s trailer, not on Daylight, which is why the shipment was so delayed. It wasn’t Vanities Depot that was the problem. I suggest that you don’t use Daylight Freight for shipping.

Although the vanity, sink/countertop and mirror were exactly as it appeared on line, we made this purchased for a remodel of a home we were purchasing in NC. When the purchase fell through, and the va it’s was already in the home in NC (not installed), the builder had removed the items from their boxes and therefore the vanity could not be returned. We were forced to donate the items (total cost of $1350.00) for brand new, unused, uninstalled merchandise. This would prevent me from making another purchase from this company.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear your purchase did not work out as planned. Unfortunately, no freight company will accept a shipment without a box. An alternative would be to use a moving company, but the shipping rate would nearly match the cost of the vanity.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to rate them higher as there was a 3 week delay due to the vanity being sent to the "bill to" address not the "deliver to" address. I caught the error before an attempt was made to deliver the vanity but redirecting the shipment took 3 weeks as there was no urgency by any party except me to resolve the problem. When the vanity finally arrived it was in excellent condition and met my expectations. Vanities Depot ended up refunding the delivery charge, which I greatly appreciated, as it seemed fair. IF the vanity had arrived closer to the due date I would have given a very good rating.

The larger 60" vanity arrived slightly damaged. The magnetic locking for the doors was messed up and one of the drawers would not fully extend out. My handyman was able to fix both issues. They look very nice but I just hope I don't have anymore issues with them in the future.
