I placed an order for 2 mirrors second week in June, was informed it wont get there till July 4th, I then found some nice mirrors at TJ max so I decided to cancel the order since it was going to take that long to get to me.when I called to cancel my order, I was all of sudden told by Cedrick they had shipped products and it would arrive that same day I called. He never sent a tracking number... I called back and got Andrea I believe is her name.. she then told me she was going to cancel my order and issue a refund once I send their products back. I waited till evening and never received the products, the tracking shows delivered. I kept calling them to let them know I am a bit confused but Cedrick kept on and on saying there was nothing he could do for it shows delivered. I kept asking him to confirm it went to the correct address and he insisted it did. to my surprise, the product was shipped to a different state with a different address. Cedrick was extremely rude and unapologetic regarding the situation. their customer service stinks, will NEVER use them again. very unprofessional too. he kept screaming at me over the phone when I asked him to double check to see if product was shipped to the correct address. instead of them to admit their error, he sent me an email stating they have refunded my money because I did not want the order... I explained to them I know why AMAZON has not competition.

Had to be the WORST experience I have ever had, customer service DEFINITELY needs improvement and you should definitely have ALL measurements to your product on your website without a need to call and ask for them as I was told by Miles.

In follow up to my earlier post, Vanities Depot continues to charge for an item I never recieved. Please remove the charge from my card Vanities Depot. Decor Bros delivered the identical product more quickly and at reduced cost.

I am very very disappointed and frustrated that your company is not helping to solve this problem. We purchased a vanity that is broken and we are requesting to replace and we get a respond that we need to spend time to find a place to donate and then wait to get the receipt and and then send it to you so you can send us the replace? why should we do the work when it was not our fault you send a broken sink? Will never buy from you and will tell everyone not to buy from you.

BAD SERVICE!!! Still being billed for cancelled order!!! We initially purchased a $2600 James Martin vanity in January 2022. Then we were informed there would be a several month delay and were offered a discount. After agreeing, we were charged the full amount BEFORE it shipped. When we cancelled the order, Vanities depot REBILLED for an item I cancelled. I have had to protest the bill twice with my credit card provider. As of today, May 23, 2022, the charge for a product I cancelled remains pending on my account. Decor Brothers billed me only after ordering an identical item which shipped within a few weeks.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get a hold of someone through email and phone, and no one has reached out or acknowledged my emails. I ordered a 82" double vanity set, and they only delivered one. My bathroom renovation started, and I still have not been able to get the missing part of my order. I am $3,000 down and with half of a vanity. I do not recommend using them due to the horrible customer service. Order #14410. I reached out to the carrier, and they said I need to contact Vanities Depot, but Vanities Depot is not responding.

Costed me $260 to return 2 mirrors as per them. Wouldn’t help with a damaged vanity because it was 5 days after delivery. It was placed on the pallet wrong and caused the vanity to shift and become damaged.

Terrible experience and terrible service. They shipped my $2500 vanity with damage to both the cabinet and countertop. Then they told me I didn’t unpack and report the damage fast enough so they weren’t going to do anything for me. The vanity came improperly packed according to the manufacturer. Find your vanity somewhere else.

This company does not stand by the quality of its products. I purchased a vanity with top and sink. When my contractor opened the package (which was wrapped in black plastic so the contents were not viewable), we discovered that the sink was shattered and the quartz top had a large chip out of the corner. Although Customer Care offered to send a new sink, they refused to replace the quartz top. They pointed instead to their online policy that said that I was supposed to check the delivery and report damage within 2 days. That policy is not prominent on the website and the items were tightly wrapped in black plastic and extremely heavy. There was no way I could lift them and open them on my own. I'm very disappointed that the company would hide behind an unreasonable policy -- especially since it was only a few weeks from delivery to the date of reporting the damage. I'll be pursuing an appropriate response through legal channels.

WORST experience ever. I ordered 3 James Martin vanities-3 countert tops, and 3 under mount sinks to complete the install. Not one, but all three sinks and countertops came broken and shattered. Additionally 2 out of the three vanities arrived damaged and needed to be replaced. The white vanity had all rusted hardware inside and the blue vanity was covered in white spray paint. My total bill for this delivery was $8k and they refused to replace the two damaged vanities or administer a refund. This company essentially robbed me and took no responsibility for their awful service. They caused me and my wife and two young children a lot of money and time and headaches and stress across the board. Shame on Vanities Depot for stealing our hard earned money. I will never EVER use their awful services again.

I ordered a vanity on The evening of October 20. The next day I added the top. On the 23rd I contacted customer service to get help canceling my order, and asking for help to reorder a vanity that would fit my bathroom better, this one was too deep. I had not received a shipping notice, and I didn’t for a few days after I tried to cancel the order. I was told that the vanity already shipped so I would need to refuse the delivery from the company and pay a ridiculously high return fee. Because I was not offered any assistance to find a vanity that would work, I ordered one elsewhere. It arrived several weeks before the one from you that supposedly had already shipped. I have filled a dispute of the charges that you charged me from my credit card company. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. All I wanted was some help finding the right vanity, all you wanted was to steal my money.

Very disappointed after ordering with you many times. We own a construction company and frequently refer you to our customers. However, that will change due to how our last order was handled. The vanity arrived damaged, but because it was 48 hours past the time to inspect (by the way, your inspection window is too tight and needs to be adjusted) you refused to take it back, forced me to buy another one from you, only to have you not only send the wrong size , but the wrong color, wrong design and such to our client. Now we have to help YOU get the wrong vanity back to you and wait while the entire project was held up for you to send the correct vanity. Never again. Now Im stuck with a damaged vanity and Im out almost $900 for the new one and I have an unhappy customer who was dragged through all this! Mary Smoak Kelly Smoak Construction Inc

Very disappointed with Vanities Depot and their choice of shipping companies. Do not use this company if you live in the mountains and require a smaller transport vehicle. Ignoring my instructions, the shipper arrived in a 36' bobcat, was unable to deliver, and wanted me to retrieve the item in my pick-up truck. I don’t own a truck. The item was ultimately returned by the shipper (James Martin) to Vanities Depot and I was charged a restocking fee of over $400.

The vanity I order was advertised to be "in stock". Almost immediately after my credit card was charged, I received an email stating my order was "out of stock". Placing my order with your company caused me to miss an opportunity to order the vanity with a company that actually did have the vanity available to ship. To make matters worse, you actually shipped the vanity after I sent a cancellation email. I'm positive the vanity was not out for delivery at that point because you answered my email asking if I was certain I wished to cancel my order. No mention was made the vanity was even in the process of being shipping. Dishonest practices.

My vanity was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed vanities depot to alert them of the problem and received no response. I just left a message with the same problem 12 days later, and really hoping to get this resolved today. Let's hope they respond.

Tried to call and tell Customer service about my vanity that had a crack .Box was not damaged and mirror or sink but something is not lining up with drawers. Hinge broke off of my door when I opened it. Customer service said is was over 48 hours and not interested in me or my problem. This is not the carrier but it looks like in house problem. This looks like someone sent me some one else's problem. Box was not damaged or sink or counter or mirror that was on top. Very poor service. Will write review when all is settled.
