The vanity I order was advertised to be "in stock". Almost immediately after my credit card was charged, I received an email stating my order was "out of stock". Placing my order with your company caused me to miss an opportunity to order the vanity with a company that actually did have the vanity available to ship. To make matters worse, you actually shipped the vanity after I sent a cancellation email. I'm positive the vanity was not out for delivery at that point because you answered my email asking if I was certain I wished to cancel my order. No mention was made the vanity was even in the process of being shipping. Dishonest practices.

My vanity was delivered to the wrong address. I emailed vanities depot to alert them of the problem and received no response. I just left a message with the same problem 12 days later, and really hoping to get this resolved today. Let's hope they respond.

Tried to call and tell Customer service about my vanity that had a crack .Box was not damaged and mirror or sink but something is not lining up with drawers. Hinge broke off of my door when I opened it. Customer service said is was over 48 hours and not interested in me or my problem. This is not the carrier but it looks like in house problem. This looks like someone sent me some one else's problem. Box was not damaged or sink or counter or mirror that was on top. Very poor service. Will write review when all is settled.

Very unhappy. My two (expensive) vanities were delivered one on top of the other. There is no way at the moment to get the 200 lb box off the top. Vanities Depot blamed shipping company and shipping company said it was delivered to them that way. FRUSTRATED!

Ordered two vanities from this place. One was the wrong product. Called customer service a few times and so far have gotten the runaround. Will update this review if anything changes.

I purchased the vanity because it showed that it was in stock, but then I got an email saying it was not and what did I want to do, so I responded that I would possibly take a different model, but can they clarify when exactly I would get the backorder and when will they have the one I purchased in stock. I got no response from them and now after 3 emails over the last 2 weeks, still not one response back! I will be filing a chargeback, but stay clear of this website for sure.

Terrible company to do business with.We bought an expensive piece.It arrvied after much delay.The boxes were all in great shape so we did not open until construction guys were ready for it.When we opened the vanity was all broken.We called them they said we had 24-28 to notify them of damage.Horrible attitude stay away from this company

Please DO NOT use this company!!! I ordered a vanity to be delivered to an address in NJ. They brought it there and when they decided they couldn’t deliver it (not sure why) they decided to deliver it to my billing address in MA. I had them deliver it back to NJ. By the time it got there, the top was broken. When I called them about replacing it, they said I would have to pay for a new top because i didn’t contact them within 24-48 hours of receipt! HELLO! The vanity was in transit for days! How was I supposed to open it in a timely manner??? There are way better companies with the same merchandise like Wayfair, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ferguson...who will actually stand by their products and will definitely own their mistakes. Lesson learned. PS they will probably remove this comment from their website within days so they can continue with their unsavory practices.

Absolutely garbage product. Both sinks in our double vanity fell out within 6 months.

My beautiful vanity was damaged in transit. Just heartbroken. Contractor has been inconvenienced tremendously and I still have no bathroom after 10 months the of waiting for everything to come together. Need a new delivery date asap!

I'm not happy currently with the vanity due to the way it was delivered to us. I've been waiting on a returned call from R&L the delivery company and no one has called. We have not unboxed the vanity as of yet to see the condition it is in. However, the vanity was delivered to us on a busted pallet and the vanity is leaning on the pallet on its side.

The canceled vanity caused us a huge problem. As a business we will not order from you again. They didn’t help us get a replacement nor offer any help accept to give our money back. Terrible business that just doesn’t care about small business people.

I ordered two expensive vanities from your company. The order said in stock for both of them and then after purchase one was backordered and I not received yet. The white lacquer vanity came with paint chopping off bottom leg that I noticed last week when I was able to travel to AZ due to Covid. I have never had a first class company not stand by their delivery. I have another order and will cancel it and also talk to American Express about opening an investigation.

After at two-month delay, our vanity finally arrived. The box showed no signs of damage so we didn't immediately open the box to make sure the vanity was okay. Due to COVID-19, we had to wait several weeks before our handyman could install it. When he opened the box, he noticed the vanity was severely cracked in two places (making it unusable). When I reached out to customer service, they were not terribly friendly and said there wasn't much they could do because too much time had passed. It was very disappointing.

Shipper totally dropped the ball. Scheduled delivery for two weeks ago today and has been one excuse after another. Now says it will be here tomorrow. We’ll see... hope it isn’t damaged from all its traveling.

Ordered the vanity and got it delivered to the street where it was left. All 350 pounds of it. It’s been one week and it’s still in the parking lot. Excellent company that decided to do business with a delivery company that couldn’t wait to drop and flee. I mean who wants to bring a vanity up to someone’s front door with their mask on? I know I don’t.

Customer service is awful. They're concern is to sell vanities but not stand behind them if there's a problem. After less than a year the paint started to peel on our James Martin Vanity. After 5 attempts someone finally called us back. Cedric called us back and was very courteous. He sent a touch up kit for us to attempt the repair. Unfortunately the color wasn't even close. Once again, after many attempts, they will not return our calls.

I would suggest avoiding vanities depot and james martin vanities altogether. After unwrapping the vanity we found that the color did not match the photos on the website. When we attempted a return vanities depot refused to accept a return because the return was requested 2 days after their 14 return policy window had expired (holidays included). Buyer beware!

I reported damage to the vanity top within two days of delivery and sent pictures as per your policy. I have sent one follow up email and called customer service. It has been 7 days since I initially reported the damage and I have not been contacted by anyone at vanities depot. At the least I would expect a confirmation of my damage claim and an indication that it is being looked into. If I am not contacted soon I will have no choice but to return the vanity.
