The vanity is beautiful but the top was broken and we were unable to open it before the 48 hour window was up and apparently there is nothing they can do which is very disappointing especially in light of the cost and difficulty we are having to replace It

Long story short, Had to wait a few weeks for contractor to install vanity. The size was off from the diagram, ended up having to return the vanity. Had receipt, it was still in perfect condition in the box and it couldn’t be returned. Now I have a beautiful vanity wasting away in my garage. Customer service was extremely rude. Will never work with this company again and will continue to voice my displeasure on every form of media I can. Also found out you guys changed me a $100 for shipping. On another website for the same vanity they offered free shipping. Being a middle man and doing what other companies do just not as well and with poor customer service, I don’t see you guys making it in business long. There’s more issues but I won’t bore anybody with my displeasure that will never be rectified

I was very unhappy after trying to cancel an order because it was wrong they delivered it anyway and charge me $355 delivery charge and only refunded $180 on a 500 and small dollar purchase. Very dishonorable

After calling and trying to cancel because the top was the wrong top for the bathroom vanity you guys sent it anyway and charged my credit card for the full amount and I never received the marble top for my bathroom vanity it was the wrong one it was supposed to have one hole for the faucet

I would never recommend vanitiesdepot.com to anyone. My vanitie was delivered on a Friday wrapped up so well that it was impossible for me to unwrap it. I had my plumbers here the next Friday (one week) and when they unwrapped the vanitie the foot on one side in the front was damaged as well as a crack in the leg. The person I spoke to (I called immediately) said was that they could do nothing for me! He was not helpful or even nice.

I posted a review earlier about how bad this customer service is . Make sure you read ALL the one star ratings because they are all accurate and it’s interesting many have had the same experience. That tells you exactly what you need to know when dealing with this place. I noticed they respond to certain posts to try to cover their butts. Bottom line..... do NOT buy from here. They do not support their customers.

I was more than dissatisfied with customer service. My products were delayed several times, leaving me with an unfinished bathroom for several weeks. Calls and emails to customer support left me with misinformation and different feedback from each person. When the products finally arrived, one of the three pieces was damaged and I had to refuse delivery. The two items that I did receive, Bristol vanity and top, are absolutely beautiful. I love the productitself; However, customer service was the worst I've experienced.

Hello, I'm sorry the delay caused any inconvenience. At the time of the order mentioned item had a backorder status with a waiting list of 20 days. The inventory status is displayed on the product page, but perhaps it was missed. Unfortunately, we were not able to accommodate your request for expedited shipping as the entire batch was already pre-sold. We are delighted to hear the product did not disappoint.
The vanity was delivered damaged. I have been in contact with Nieman thru email and he stated that a paint repair kit would be sent out.. In a phone conversation he stated that new draw front would be ordered and delivered. I have not received a confirming email to show a new lower draw front has been ordered. I have received the paint repair kit. I still need a new replacement draw front.

Hello Michael, I'm sorry to hear your product arrived damaged. We do not keep painted parts in stock as they will have to be color-matched to your product batch. They may take up to 30 days to produce to make sure you have received the quality product you had paid for. Aside from the temporary inconvenience, I hope you have been enjoying the new vanity.
Terribly disappointed in the quality of this vanity. I expected better than Home Depot quality, for the price. The drop drawer is excellent for tooth brushes & toothpaste—every vanity should have one! But, the storage space below is awkward at best. We had 2 problems with the quartz top. Overall it looks good but, I wouldn’t buy another.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. The design of the storage space is limited by the size of the product (26 inches) where a sink is placed directly below. I hope you are happy with the quality of the solid wood vanity.

I ordered a vanity that was on back order. I realized that the vanity was not the right size and canceled the order in the midst of shipping. It was never delivered to my residence. Even though I canceled the order/shipping, they attempted to deliver the item 3 additional times. Canceling and the refund has been a ridiculous process AND they charged me $277 in shipping fees alone. Buyer Beware!!!! (Note:this is a small vanity,!)

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you are having problems. We offer a full refund, no questions asked before the product ships. Once the items are on the way, you may still return the item within 14 days without any restocking fees, less shipping cost we are charged by a freight company. Even though this is smaller vanity, it still weighs nearly 200 lbs and it's traveling hundreds of miles each way via a freight company. Alternatively, we even offer an option to return the items via own carrier.
I would never recommend this site. I love the vanities but I would go directly to James Martin. Be sure to review their policy. You only have 48 hours to inspect what you get for damage & let them know about it to get a free replacement. I was out of town, & had a contractor accept a vanity & countertop. The box wasn't damaged so he didn't inspect it. When I got home, I opened the box to find a broken countertop. I was outside the 48 hour window. I couldn't get a hold of customer service to talk with me. They would only email me & refused to help me. They just stated their policy & said they couldn't make a freight claim. Freight company admitted to dropping freight & still delivered it to me. If a freight company admits to dropping a package then that 48 hour policy should be null & void & I should be given a free replacement.

Hello Michael, I'm sorry to hear your had a negative experience with the freight company. The 48 hour policy is not our policy, but rather every freight company transporting goods. In fact we only work with the companies who allow up to 48 hours of inspection, as many companies require an inspection upon receipt. We are happy to help you in any way possible but outside the 48 hour window and your contractor signing the inspection slip, the freight company will only consider your claim directly. We understand your disappointment, this is not our unwillingness to assist you. Our claim on your behalf would be automatically rejected by the freight company based on the circumstances stated above.
