Will NEVER order from them again, Been waiting a month now for my item. I emailed customer service twice, then called their customer service line, and they told me they would ship my item right away. Still has NOT been shipped.

Will never order from a company that just sells Trump merchandise!! Very unprofessional for a company to take political sides but to also support such a disgusting human being is shameful

I never liked the quality of these products, but, I decided to use them once in a while for the low prices. This time I received a wrong item that costs less than the item I ordered. I thought it was not a big deal, a usual occurrence. Turned out not so! First, I have to pay to send it back my own money or Collection Etc. wants to charge me $10 for the return label. That's half of the total cost of my purchase and more than a half of the cost of the item I received. That means, even if I send it back, I will only get back half of the money for the item I didn't order. I couldn't imagine anything like this happening anywhere, but it does and the name of the company is Collections Etc. Don't buy from them! Or be ready to pay for their mistakes and errors.

This is currently October 13, 2021. My elderly mother placed an order in August. After not receiving her order in 10 days, she called on September 9, 2021. She was told that the order had been held up and would be reshipped. 2 weeks later she still hadn’t received or heard anything. I called toward the end of September. I was told that they were sorry for the delay and the order would be shipped express mail. We should receive it in 3-5 business days. After not hearing anything for more than a week, I called again and was told that the order still had not been shipped. Of course I was upset and the customer service rep, in Kansas, Tyler, acted as if I was not justified in being upset. She began giving me ultimatums. That’s when I lost it and demanded to speak with corporate. I requested that my mother’s money be refunded back to her credit card. I was told that it would be. This is the worst customer service, ever. Needless to say, we will not be ordering another thing from this place. I have told my mother to throw their catalogs in the trash. They are supposedly sending a $50 gift card. We will also dispose of it. I can only wonder how many elderly people have been taken advantage of by this company who do not have any one to advocate their case?

Ordered a 50.00 solar umbrella tree was sent a wireless doorbell offered to send back told no keep it we will make it right this was in June. Never got refunded nor product after at least 5 phone calls and more than that in emails I have finally realize I was robbed. Supervisor told me tough nothing I can do about it. DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I am not even giving them one star. I placed an order for 8 plants and after fighting with them for 2 months over the charges on my credit card, my order finally arrived and all of the plants were dead. Don't order from them.

MADE OVER $900 ORDER MAY 6 2021, AS OF JUNE 7 2021 ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED, NO ONE CAN ANSWER WHY, & SAME RESPONSE EACH TIME I CALL, GIVE IT ANOTHER FEW WEEKS. I'VE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS ABOUT ORDER STATUS, WHAT'S GOING ON, AND HAVE YET TO RESPOND. THEY HAVE MY MONEY & I HAVE NO PRODUCTS OR ANSWERS. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!

Took money out of account only approved one amt but found three pending I did contact bank to file a complaint to get my money refunded I’m done with them I bought a lot from them no more. I called them but guy wanted off phone fast when I ask why three charges and only one was real.

They give you a little discount to leer you in and then add extras cost that doesn't show up until you hit the place the order. I'm canceling my order. And

They will lie to you. Give you false hope for refund. Refund for what they say returned not what you sent back to them. They will talk over you if they feel like screaming even if they cant speak English. Very crooked company. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some hats my wife wanted. Had an issue with fraud on my card. Called the collect extra to give them new card info they said new card was good . They said they processed order. They did not. Called them 8 times . Finally ordered again they said card problem. Cleared my bank. They got paid. I got nothing

Placed an order on Nov 22, 2020 and never received it. Called customer service to have reshipped and was told it would be delivered on 1/7/2021 and still never arrived. Call customer service again and they barely reshipped my order on 1/11/2021, was also told that they were refunding me $80 for the 2 hoodies that I originally ordered due to being out of stock. Here it is 1/15/2021 with no product and instead of them issuing a refund they have charged my account an additional $32. I will never order from them again

I’m currently on hold with this company and have been for almost an hour. Placed an order, received an email saying problem with credit card, there was no issue. I called the bank and it had cleared my account. Then they shipped the order. Yesterday the order arrived, but it wasn’t mine. Called and the lady kept telling me to wait longer cause my order had been shipped. She wasn’t understanding that I received my shipment, but it was wrong. She finally said she’d send me a return shipping label. I’ve ordered from this company for several years, this is the first time I’ve had any issues. It will also be the last cause I will NOT order from this company anymore.

Good Afternoon My elderly 85 yr old mom is a regular customer and buyer of Collections. My mom and I ordered today Oct 13,2020 3 items and 2 agents were rude to us. I mentioned her catalog coupons and I had problems with the agents accepting them. They both didn't explained to us clearly and rushing us to complete our checkout. The first agent offered me a promotion of an item but the second agent said there was none. We felt not treated with respect and felt stupid. The worse thing is that we ask for spanish speaking agents because we are hispanics and we had to endure their rudeness. Unbelievable!

Trying to make this short...Placed an order, received damaged goods, contacted them repeatedly with no response, found a link to print a label and return it, they received it but no response for over a week. There's a ton more to the story with they could get in touch cuz they can't get authorization to charge me for a back-ordered item but have no trouble with unauthorized charges despite that and finally....THEY CHARGED ME $7.99 TO RETURN MY $4.97 DAMAGED ITEM!!! I will never shop here again.

I have been a loyal customer for YEARS and that ended today. I ordered 7 pairs of leggings and imagine my surprise that in the catalog with the shipment, THEY WERE ON SALE. Customer service refused to honor the difference. THEY LOST ME FOR $16.24!!!!!!!!!
