I feel this company is a scammer. I placed an order hitting order by accident then called customer service within 30 secs. I spoke to Sara and asked the order be cancelled it took 5 mins of repeating the same request but she finally said ok. A day later I had 2 different order numbers for the same exact order that I had cancelled AND THEY DEBITED by account TWICE. I called them and told me to get it right but they refused. The next day the second order dropped off. I was shocked to receive a box from them Friday and let me say, the quality is cheap and two of the throw pillows are not even stiched at the seams and the stuffing is hanging out...JUNK. I called them today to ask for a free return shipping label. The woman told me to dontate the stuff and I would get a refund in 3-5 days. I asked her what will the amount of the refund and she said $19! I told her that $38.63 had been taken from my account WITHOUT my permission and I wanted that put back. She told me I would have to pay for the "undamaged" pillow or pay $11 to have the box shipped back AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE $5.99 handling fee at all. After 25 mins of being put on hold and having to reinvent the wheel I told her to shove off that I would go through PP. Thank goodness I used PayPay so I will get my money back.

My total order was 54.00 but with shipping and handling it became 75.00!!! I I then went online and found out shipping over 40 dollars was free..so o called the next day to cancel order and was told it was already processed and could not be cancelled… I asked again about removing the shipping fee and was told they would refund 11.00… why wasn’t I told about the shipping fee to begin with

Beware: Collections Etc. has added a "handing fee" in addition to their shipping fee which will not be returned to you even if your merchandise is defective. I have been a customer for almost 20 years, but I will never order from this company again.

The package I ordered from Collections Etc. was marked as delivered by Fed Ex. It was never delivered, I have a camera on my front porch. I contacted Fed Ex about this and then Collections Etc. I was told a replacement package would be set. A week goes by, nothing. A few days later I get a e-mail where they had tried to rebill me for the lost package. My Credit Card company did not allow this. The third time I spoke with someone they said they where refunding my money. Tonight I get a e-mail saying they are refunding part of the total. I call my Credit card company, they are handling it now. I with never order another thing from them. They lost a long time costumer over this. I am not to blame for a lost package as my cc company said. So, now I will see what happens.

On top of the Big Black Friday in July sale which turned out to be a JOKE. I ordered a quilt and shams, the quilt was $21.99 and the shams on sale for $2.99 each. I ordered 2.y total at the end was $44.78. WHAT? I called to cancel the order and was told I couldn't cancel because it was already processed and on it's way to be shipped. This is Saturday and you know they're not going to ship on Sunday, so! It was all a big fat lie. I'm so tired of being lied to and cheated . And by someone who you can barely understand what they're saying. Where is Collections ECT anyway?? They must have sold the company because I've been a customer for years with no issues and now it's totally like doing business with an underhanded cheat of a company. I will never buy from them again and over the years I've probably spent thousands of dollars! NEVER AGAIN!

I brought 2 pairs of casual slip on shoes that were on sale. I got them pretty fast. BUT instead of being size 8 like I ordered one was clearly a size 7, and the other was 7 1/2. When I went to the site to arrange a return on line it turns out , that they expect me to pay $10.99 for shipping -which they deduct from my refund ! I was livid and called and explained that I should not have to pay for an order that was clearly wrong. I was told it is company policy. Well they can take their policy and put it where the sun don't shine!

I feel as though this company is a scam... I even talked to a customer representative because I tried to order something and they took my bank info but "could not process" my order right then, athough I got charged for the item right away on my bank statement. The representative tried to explain that the charge was not for the item but a surcharge of some kind ( couldn't tell me what for) and I would be charged for the actual item later. Didn't hear from them for over a week. Not a confirmation email, nothing. But they took my money. All of a sudden I got an email that said my items had shipped. So they are sending me 2 of what I ordered and now I have to return one for a refund. When you google this company, the reviews show 4 or 5 stars from thousands of customers but when you Google reviews all of them are 1 star reviews. I won't ever order from them again. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

I have been a customer for 30 years or more, I am extremely disappointed in the company now. I ordered roses from them 5 different ones, 4 out of the 5 never grew. The one that did is a tiny little rose bud plant, not the big beautiful ones I purchased. Spoke to customer service which is in the Philippines, thought I was going to be pleased with the way they were handling my call. Only to find out I was charged again and my order was going to be resent. I called numerous times last week advising them, they the charged me again... spoke to so many people, rude people at that. Finally had the issue taken care of, received my new order today, two of them say they are the type I purchased, two are absolute mud and water, no label. I called them again, asked how I could speak to someone in the US, they said they would transfer me,I don't believe I spoke with anyone in the US, the person I spoke to said her name was Alex,did not understand what I was saying at all. Tried to tell me if I received a red rose then it was the fire and ice rose I ordered, since it was red. I tried to explain many times that was a tiny little rose bud plant, not the big roses. She was rude yelling at me, because she didn't understand. I have never experienced customer service like this from them in the past, I don't believe they will receive my business again, since they are so rude & customer service is in the Philippines. Customer service needs to be in the US with their company. Sadly there is no way to speak to anyone with the company here in the states, so they are not aware of the service they are providing. I no longer recommend this company to anyone!

Used to be a decent place to buy stuff at a discounted price...not any more. That "discounted" price will surprise you when they add on the $8 "handling" fee plus the ridiculous shipping charges, unless you buy a crap load of stuff. On my better judgement just purchased an item, hard to find, from them...great price until the rip off handling fee...stupid shipping charges and then of course it was all a bunch of BS from them. Claimed the shipped the item...after 2 weeks checked the tracking from FED EX....was never shipped...they are a scam now..stay away...trying to get my money back...Chinese scam BS.

I called to exchange an item for a larger size. They told me in order to exchange she will send me a return label and charge me $10.99 for the label, I told the clerk thats BS. Also the shipping and handling is outrageous. I will never buy anything from them again and I am calling them to tell them “take me off your mailing list “

Company offers a coupon, when you click on it, you are agreeing that they can charge your credit card $14.95/mo for absolutely nothing. I called for a refund of the 7 months that I was charged, they can only refund 6 months - big surprise! What a rip off. I stopped all catalogs, I will never order from this company again.

First of all...the "wonderful" prices offered are a scam. Whatever "deal" you think you are getting is BS...they will tack on a $8.00 "handling fee" to your order which negates any "deal you think you are getting and then the shipping charge is ridiculous and you will wait 4-6 weeks to get your order. Don't even bother.

I ordered 4 items on their website the total was $71.00, they charged me, $10.99 for shipping and $5.99 for handling, they also took out $6.38 and they charged my debit card $94.36. I called the next day, which was Monday and told the guy to cancel my order, he lied to me, saying they already sent it out. Two days later, I received an email saying my order has been shipped out. When I receive this order, I will not except it, I will mail it back. I called my bank today and disputed this situation and I also informed them, I will not pay for this package to be sent back. Stay far away from this company, never order anything from them. They will scam you with shipping and handling fees. This is my first time ordering from this company, and my last time. This is how they make their money, stealing money out of peoples accounts. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COLLECTIONS ETC. NEVER IN MY LIFE I HAVE SEEN. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $10.99 FOR SHIPPING AND $5.99 FOR HANDLING!!!!!

Collections tries to rip you off at the checkout by doubling the quantity of each item, refusing to accept any coupon code, and making you enter and re-enter your credit card number. When you call customer service, they say they will take care of the order, but often send you the wrong item instead and add an extra $5.99 in handling fees in addition to the tax and shipping charges. I used to have good service from this company, but now they just cheat and deceive you! Don't waste your time. Everything is cheap junk from China!

I have ordered from you for 15 years, but I will never order anything again. I went on the mark down site today to order some of the markdown items. When I placed my order in the basket, it was hundreds of dollars. So I called online customer service for help, boy what a help!!!! They had 6 poinsettias in their christmas catalogue 6 for 16.99, but since it is after christmas, they always mark items down. These poinsettias were in the markdown section since it is after christmas. They were marked down to 6 for 9.97 RED or WHITE as shown under the picture showed RED or WHITE. When I tried to order 4 sets of each color I had the rudest people telling me I could only order white. I told them the markdown price said RED or WHITE and shoed it under the picture of the poinsettias. Two customer service people were the rudest and hateful cs I have ever seen. I argumed with them for over 45 minutes and they got more and more hateful with me. I told them this is nothing short of FRAUD. They need to be handled for this fradulent and CUSTOMER SERVICE as I have never seen anything like this before. I am definately going to tell all my friends and relatives about this and their behavior. I am going to put this all over the enternet also. Thanks for nothing for all my loyalty I have given you for 15 years.

I placed an order (For Christmas things). I was told Sat. that the entire order was held up for one item being on back order. The rep cancelled the back order item and said my order would arrive in 2-3 days (by today, Wednesday). I checked their site and my status again...still not shipped. I called and was told that first, their expedited shipping is their standard shipping method and I'd receive it in 7-10 business days (AFTER Christmas). I told them to cancel the entire order and DON'T ship anything! I don't want it any longer and I'll go elsewhere to purchase the items I ordered. She said it couldn't be cancelled after saying it had not shipped yet, because they already charged my card and low and behold, on Sunday they charged my credit card $148. It is still in a pending status so I can't file a dispute to have the charge reversed. I will never order from this company again. Lied to, and when you pay for expedited shipping it should be just that. Not "their" standard 7-10 business days. Ugh!! So upset!

This company is absolutely awful. Placed an order on November 5th, it is now December 12th and I still do not have any items, and as a matter of fact parts of my order are now back ordered and I won't be getting it. Of course my delivery was supposed to be 2 days ago.... still waiting.

Ordered a bed dust ruffle and was told that it would ship the last of October, 2021. I had ordered it three months earlier, but decided that I would wait for it to come. It came the first part of November, but was the WRONG color. I was so upset, I threw all of their mailings away and will not order from them again. Almost all of their products come from China. I do not order things made in China or want anything made in China. I will not pay to have this wrong color returned, I will just say Goodbye.
