I purchased several items. My receipt says 7-10 business days for delivery but would receive an email when they shipped. I have never received this email nor my items. You cannot call for at least 2 weeks as they are updating their site????? Their billing department is still working cause they took my money???? Really disappointed. Weird also free shipping but somehow they charge a big processing fee???? Be aware of this company.

Something is seriously wrong recently with this company. I cannot check status of order as website has been down for over a week, customer service and email now down. They need to post what is happening on Facebook at least. I would cancel my order but cannot access this place to do so!

Really? “Scheduled Maintenance “. For over a week? Must have finally gone out of business. Wanted to order an item in their catalog with a price, on line it’s a higher price. They didn’t care one bit. And yes as others have said, they add shipping and other charges after the order is placed. Awful. Goodbye.

I placed an order with Collections Etc and wanted to put it on a Visa debit card my son gave me for Christmas. I noticed they were putting it on my regular credit card which I didn't want to do but there was nowhere else I could correct it. I immediately called and told the person named Adam I wanted to put it on a debit card and he said it wouldn't be possible because the order was being processed. I said that's a bunch of baloney, I just placed the order. I ask to talk to his supervisor and he said she will tell you the same thing. I failed to get the supervisor's name but she said the same thing. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and she said that wouldn't be possible. Between this bad service and telling you "free service" and then charging for handling which is as much as shipping, I'm fed up with this company and will no longer purchase from them. They don't value their customers.

I called Collections to order one item to confirm the advertised price, including the free shipping. I could never get a definitive response from the woman to whom I spoke, and was instead barraged with a series of offers, discounts, and various sales pitches on other items in which I had no interest. I finally had to interrupt the woman to repeat my reason for calling and to indicate that unless I could place my order, I was going to hang up She ignored me, at which time I ended my call. I do not plan to ever order anything from Collections.

Never got one item that was ordered and paid for. After a month of calls to Collections now they say they will reorder and get to wait 7 to 10 business days.They have foreign people that you can't understand and don't stop repeating. Don' waste your money on all the added fees attached .Bad customer service

My experience has been awful. I tried several times to fix my issue. I told them to cancel my order, they stated it could not be done because it was already processed. This was within hour of ordering. I emailed and asked them to cancel, never got answer. I was originally charged $32.96 then paypal emailed me that there was an increase of payment to $42.52! I called again and was told the second charge was for "tax and handling" they said it went on when the order was processed. I had been told I couldn't cancel originally because it had been processed. I don't understand how you can agree to a charge and then be charged again separately. I emailed again asking for cancelation of order. I can return but will be charged restocking fee and they don't reimburse on return shipping.

I have ordered from you for many years and the products have been great, I have been wanting a chenille bedspread, and have been looking at them for 3 to 4 years and finally ordered one, I paid $70 for the bedspread and $30 or $32 for two pillow Sham's, I have never been so disappointed in my entire life the color was supposed to be Sage but looks like more or less a faded pea green and was so disappointed that I sent the whole set back, I don't know where you're getting your merchandise from now, but I tell you it's not the same quality as you've had over the years sorry to say I won't be probably ordering for a while.

Collections, etc no longer accepts Paypal. I will go elsewhere for my purchases where I can use my preferred payment method. Would rate zero stars if that was an option. There was no advance notification that this was going to happen.

I was charged on my credit card for purchase. Three days later there was a much higher amount charged.I called, the woman was rude.I told her to cancel the order. She replied that the order had already been processed. She told me to just return the items. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Plus. I had to pay to ship it back. I will never use this company again! Would give no stars if I could

I ordered a top the cost was 14.99 the top was made small did not fit I returned top using the return label they provided. I can't believe I only received 3.51 back. I will never order anything again from this company. Buyer beware when doing business with this company and make sure to read the fine print.

I just placed an order and when I looked on my credit card, I was charged a pre approval charge and one was the actual charge from Collections Etc. Never heard of such a thing nor has this happened before. So now my credit card balance is LESS TWICE the amount of what I ordered and charged on my card. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE! I also was told that the pre approval charge should drop off in approximately 6 days. Unheard of. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Tried to cancel order less than 12 grs after placing it. They now "process orders immediately so you can't cancel. F'n crooks. Run the other way.

They refuse to speL understandable English. You can only understand one in 5 words . Website is worthless You must order 3 mo ths in advance e. Orderon first of Dec you might get your order ne t december

MANY of their products are absolute garbage. Not worth a dollar. When you want to return it they want to charge you alot of money. I had an item for $19.99 and was not able to be put together. They wanted to charge me $12.99 to return it - I threw it away!! Garbage in the garbage. BE VERY LEARY IF ANY PRODUCT! Perhaps a book would be okay to buy. How they can legally be in business is beyond me.

Overpriced junk. My dad ordered me a dress. It was hideous and cheap. The shipping he paid was as much as the dress. Then they want another 12 dollars to send it back or exchange. I feel bad having to tell him about how bad the dress is. I don't want him ever ordering from this company again! Taking advantage of people!!

Ordered many items November 2022. Never received half of the items. Over 20 phone calls with a call center that is apparently is Asia or each representative I spoke to sounded Asian. Each time was promised they rest of the order was coming. Now June 2023 still nothing. I give up. Certainly will not refer anyone to this company. Very disappointing

I ordered more than $50 of merchandise online, and the catalog said "FREE shipping with orders over $50 !!! I paid PayPal for what I ordered plus the 6.75% tax in my state for out-of-state mail orders. Order went through, they sent the mdse. ( no request for more money before they sent it) A week later they informed me they were taking another $26 from PayPal for "shipping, handling, and taxes. " But none of this was legit. this company should be put out of business

I buy numerous items from Collections Etc. But I was so disappointed with my last purchase. It was a spring wreath. The flowers were so flattened. The wreath was falling apart. I had to add my own flowers. Never buying a wreath again from Collections Etc.
