“What can I say it was an amazing experience! Melissa from customer service answered all my questions promptly and accurately. The samples were a wonderful way to pick the fabric. It fits like a glove and it was not even wrinkled. I bought the claw proof velvet in storm. The color is beautiful and the fabric is super soft. Kitty approves! “Received excellent service from this company. When the first slipcover didn't fit, they communicated promptly with us. In a timely fashion the second slipcover came, fut like a glove. There was no extra cost to us and my sofa looks brand new. The craftsmanship is excellent and the fabric is decadent. This slipcover was well worth the price and I will be ordering from them again. “A happy customer I ordered a slipcover for my Pottery Barn sofa from Comfort Works after looking over their beautiful, easy-to-use website and ordering some swatch samples. The 60-day satisfaction guarantee also got my attention as it’s a bit scary to order a slipcover online and from a company overseas. I’m so glad I did! The slipcover I ordered turned out beautifully. I am completely satisfied with how it turned out. The quality craftsmanship, fabric, color and fit are all amazing (looks like strong stitching and zippers). It fit perfectly and looks so well-made. The eight free swatches I’d ordered came quickly even though I am on the other side of the world, but I thought the slipcover got to me in record time! It was at my doorstep in one week from when I ordered it which blew me away. Before ordering, they were kind and quick in answering my questions about how it would be delivered. I would love to order another one after we’ve enjoyed this one for a while. I appreciate so much that there was for me an affordable option and I did not have to sacrifice quality or work with a company with sketchy customer service. I got personal emails from a real person answering questions and providing updates. I 100% recommend Comfort Works if you are in the market for a new slipcover. I ordered the silver sage in cotton canvas for a PB Pearce Grand Roll Arm. (photos may look a little wrinkly because this was it right out of the box placed on my couch!)”

After buying 2 others that were not custom, we felt like we needed to make the investment in a custom slipcover that looked like our actual sofa, which is brand new, but needed protection from 2 toddlers. We got the sample swatches quickly and were able to make a decision, take our own measurements, and the turnaround was amazingly fast. We are so happy with how things turned out!”

“I sometimes think our Petrie Mid-Century sofa from Crate and Barrel will last until the middle of the next century! Very sturdy and comfortable, overall. But. The fabric had become sun-stripped in places and was never very comfortable, due to a rough, itchy feel. Our Comfort Works slipcover in Cream Chenille is beautiful and soft. The sofa looks new and feels so much better to the touch. I'm impressed that the cover fits so well it looks like upholstery. We absolutely love it--it was worth every penny. A face lift for our living room! (And washable, too…) Quick delivery--highest recommendation, overall. A big thank you to the artisans at Comfort Works!!”

“Comfort Works is the solution for sofa, love seat, chair and foot stool longevity! I am a designer and have used this trick for years. If you have a slipcovered sofa, love seat, chairs or a foot stool and you truly love it, buy a second set of slip covers to get a second look and extend the life of the slipcovers by switching the slipcovers out every so often. Or if you love your existing couch, but the slipcover looks tired, chances are, Confort Works makes a slipcover already for it or they can customize one for you. It is so much easier than you think to work with this company, even though they are in Australia! I received the best customer service, I have ever had, through a representative named Mark N. He was so attentive to my questions, answered every one of them, sent me fabric samples and even tweeked my order when I by mistake, put a wrong item into my order. Mark made sure everything was just right. I am absolutely blown away by the quality and fit of the fabric of the 2 couch slipcovers, foot stool cover and arm rest covers I received. Comfort works exceeded my expectations in every way and I want to tell the world how great they are. You can't beat their quality pricing and customer service! “Michelle was very helpful through the process of measuring my couch and designing the slipcover. The slipcover turned out great and fits well. The fabric is durable and stands up to the wear and tear from my dog. There were quite a few color choices. I got the silver sage in the cotton canvas which turned out nicely. “I am so glad I found this company. I was hesitant since it was overseas, but so glad I took that leap of faith after corresponding with the company with questions. They were EXTREMELY timely and helpful. Customer service was top notch. I was originally looking for some replacement covers for two pottery barn comfort sofas. When I saw they did custom ones, I gave it a shot. It took some time to get it done as I had to send measurements but they made it so easy! It was still faster than even a local company would be able to do. The measurements were submitted and verified - which I deeply appreciated as it was done right! The slipcover was done, sent and received within a week or so. It was fast! The slipcovered exceeded my expectations. I am also glad I listened to their recommendation of going with the pet friendly claw proof material. It is awesome!! Now that they have my measurements for the Pottery Barn Townsend sectional, I will be ordering another color. Great product & great service. By the way, the slipcover materials seems better quality than my original “upgraded” pottery barn slipcover and cost less.”
