For many years, ComWales has been my go-to store for all appliances imaginable. I've always had great customer service and simple installations. The prices are extremely reasonable. I will continue to recommend this store to my friends.

I ordered my items on 6 October. I have had excuses why my items have not been delivered. I have asked for a refund but that has not happened, either. Do not deal with this company, they are charlatans.

My order was taking longer than expected. Still 4 weeks later no delivery and no response to 5 emails and service desk tickets. No way to contact by phone. They have my money and I have no product or customer service response. Avoid.

Placed order on 19 October 2022 and still waiting for the item to be delivered and it is now 15 November 2022. Replacement sent on the 1 November 2022 and this one is tracked - BUT NO tracking details available to be given to me according to customer services email. This item is now 10 Working days since sent and has not turned up at all. Requested refund but nothing but silence from them. DO NOT USE

My order took months to arrive, and only after I had repetitively chased it through a lacklustre customer service system. Took days to reply to info requests. Would not use again and would not recommend to anyone.

I have placed an order on 20 July 2022 ( Order 2388322) and still waiting for delivery and there has been no communication received from the trader. Contacted Citizens Advice consumer service and reporting them to trading standards . Avoid this company at all cost. I wish i would have read the reviews before place an order with this company

My order was delivered in reasonable time. Reviews complained about the length of time for deliveries but mine arrived within a couple of weeks. Great price and although it is a European model the plug came with an adapter fitted for UK sockets. Happy with product and service.

I purchased three appliances from this store and am pleased with my purchase. I got high-quality items for a low price. Overall, I'm very pleased. I sent all of my friends and family here. My mother will be arriving soon.

The delivery time was disappointingly very long over two weeks. Not great considering other deliveries.

We are sorry there was a delay with your delivery. Our current estimated delivery time for these nespresso coffee machines as they are coming from Frankfurt is 5 to 10 working days, but unfortunately yours was delayed by 3 days. We thank you for your patience during the delay, our drivers are going with aid deliveries for Ukraine before collecting from our German Warehouses on each trip. We hope you enjoy your purchase.

If you had contacted us about this on our support desk then we would have been able to deal with it for you, but I have checked and we do not have any contact from your email address or ref your order number. Hello, as you are aware based on the support tickets we have with you, your order was sent with Fedex approx. 2 weeks ago. You informed us 2 days ago that it had not been delivered so we immediately raised it as a non-receipt claim with FedEx. We are currently waiting for them to conclude their investigation which usually takes around 5 days. Once this is complete, we are able to issue a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

I haven't got the product yet so how can I review it. When I emailed 2 weeks ago to ask for a delivery date I had no reply so ordered same product from Amazon which came next day so will return the Comwales product when I receive it.
