“Placed an order for a very expensive tool set (over £1500) on 3/10/22. Zero contact or even order confirmation for 3 days until chased. Then told confirmation would follow which it did. Fast forward 18 days and nothing. Not even contact to say item shipped. Chased and chased with zero response. Finally got an email on Monday 31/10/22 with a fairy tale of an excuse asking for confirmation if we wanted to wait another 2-3 weeks or refund. Stated refund and told accounts dept (no such thing as I’ve seen the shop and it’s a one man band) would process within 3 days. Now 5 days on with zero contact or refund. Am now going after our money via our bank while simultaneously launching a small claims court action in Northampton county court. Company is late filing accounts with companies house which doesn’t bode well. Avoid this company like the plague if you actually want what you pay for. Don’t fall for the lies and spend it somewhere else. Looking at the 5 star reviews it’s obvious most are fake.”

“I am only providing one star as i couldn't choose Zero. 18 days have passed since an initial response to our email chasing our expensive order. no response, no communication and doesn't seem to consider the implications of fraudulently taking nearly £2,000.00 for an order that can't be fulfilled and can't be bothered to respond to support emails. As a result, we are taking action via the Northampton County Court.”

“Excellent value for a refrigerator with freezer that we required for a garage. We plugged it in to see the temperatures. There are numerous options to choose from. Explained everything thoroughly and assisted us in loading. I strongly recommend this company.”

“HI, I am still waiting for my item. ref T00MTA0069896298 P2G107544954. I have tracked the parcel to the parcel hub but it has not moved since 3-10-22. the date now is 13-10-22. The order was placed 25-9-22. I am not happy with the service. A phone call would be good 07761765042. Thanks Martin”

“When we need appliances, we go to ComWales. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and has always assisted us in selecting appliances, and we have always been satisfied. Then there are the best delivery/install guys who get your appliances to you safely, installed, and warrantied. We've never had to worry about appliances with ComWales. They are unrivaled. Most businesses simply do not provide this level of service anymore.”

“I recently ordered an apple picker from Comwales Ltd. The price was right but when I checked the delivery date it was in about three weeks time. The apples were already starting to fall and smash on the ground so I contacted Comwales through their website (Contact Us page) hoping to speed things up. I had a couple of replies and received the item about a week after the estimated delivery date. Comwales said the item came from Germany but their lorries were delivering aid to Ukraine and picking up their deliveries en-route back to UK. Affordable prices and good pcommunication but you'll have a long wait for your items. Remaining apples picked and stored for winter.”

“Warning - this is not a company I would use again - poor communication- waiting over a month for my product to arrive. Asked for a refund. But no one gets back to you. No contact number to call either. Stay away from this company!!!”

“Item took over a month to arrive, zero response from customer service despite several emails. No phone number to call either which made me think the whole thing is a scam. Avoid!”
