I am fussy when it comes to online shopping, I can say I had the best experience every time, flawless customer service and delivery always on time.

The delivery time of the item I purchased was rather long. Just over three weeks. No customer service or telephone number to call for an update (line constantly dropped, no one answering the phone). The item is ok. Won‘t buy again at this shop….

Hello, If you need to contact us please use the support ticket service here: https://support.comwales.co.uk/submit_ticket We also have a live chat service online when a representative is available. We do not have a call centre. I have checked your order and apologise that your item was delivered 6 days late, your item came from our Frankfurt warehouse and there have been some delays with the deliveries from Central Europe due to our drivers doing aid runs to Ukraine before returning to the UK warehouse. We apologise for the issues with your order, I can see we sent one to you on the 4th October with Evri that never arrived and then when you contacted us, we sent another one out on the 28th October that you have now received. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the item.

Initially communications was excellent. Then when paying for ‘Next day delivery’ and confirmation of delivery on that day sent (although “before 18:00” is unhelpful) the package was not sent out until the second day. No FedEx apology given and no tracking path beyond the origination depot shown. FedEx told me I should claim via ComWales which I did over a week ago. No acknowledgement or response has been made. I look forward to hearing from ComWales soon. R Walker

Hello, we do not have a next day delivery service and all products on our site are given an estimated delivery day on the product page before you order. I have checked your order and it was placed on the 26/10/2022, the ETA at the time was 02/11/2022 to 09/11/2022. Fedex delivered to you on the 28/10/2022, 3 days earlier than our ETA so we are not able to claim with them as late delivery. Best Regards.

Thank you for confirming you have received the item as you have raised a chargeback on it with your bank claiming non receipt. We will send this review to the card merchant and use it in evidence if we need to claim should you not reverse the chargeback.

Avoid. This company is delusional and imo trying to keep your money without sending anything if they can get away with it. It took them 2 months to deliver items stating 5 working days delivery and an email asking where's my stuff. Yes it was cheaper and a good thing I didn't need them straight away but in reality I could have ordered them for 10% more from a reputable company and gotten them within 2 days. They pretended my items were sent and lost in transit but when they actually decided to send them for real, their system generated a note sent via email to advise, and this was never sent the first time meaning they never sent them until I inquired what's going on. Complete shambles.

Parcel took longer to come than 10 working days. Only informed of dispatch after emailing that it hadn't arrived on 10th day. Postage was more expensive than any other company I buy from. Having said that I did only manage to find the specific item I wanted with them. And when I emailed they did respond to my email promptly

I received timely and appropriate support from the customer care representatives on multiple occasions. Just that delivery was delayed by a week which caused me inconvenience so deducting 1 star for that. Overall I would again make a purchase from here if I have a week of buffer. Thanks!

Terrible experience, I waited 5 weeks for my microwave when the lead time was 10 working days, I had to chase constantly every week for an update, to keep being pushed away.
