“On way there got tx night b4 from driver assuring me he would be collecting me n family from airport...flight was 2 hrs delayed...but driver said he would not leave n would wait.... Roman was very nice polite and made conversation....way bak to airpot new driver was efficient getting us back to catch flight. Good company and reasonable fares compared to other firms...saved around £100 using CONNECTO TRANSFERS.”
“I will never use this service again. My daughter was traveling by herself for the first time as a study-abroad student. To ease her travels and anxiety, I booked a car to take her from CDG in Paris to her new Paris Apartment. When she left at the terminal, she did not see the driver. After wandering for a time, she woke me up in the middle of the night (US time) to tell me she can't find the driver. We found a phone number for the company office who told her that the driver had left saying she "did not show up in time." She came immediately out to the curb after getting through immigration and collecting her baggage. Her flight was no more than 15 minutes delayed and, upon booking, we provided the company with her Flight Information, purportedly so that they could monitor the flight timing. Yet, the driver left, and the service did not even bother to send a text or email telling us the driver left. Had she not called the office, she would have never known the driver left. We had to scramble (again, in the middle of the night US time) to find her alternative transportation, which we did at a significantly higher cost. I emailed the company seeking an explanation and refund and did not hear back, not even when I followed-up. Yet, the company apparently knows how to respond back quickly when it wants something. Indeed, prior to the trip, the company responded in minutes to tell me that my daughter would owe additional money to the driver upon arrival and that the driver would only take Euros. This was a terrible experience, particularly because my daughter was a nervous first-time solo traveler.”
