Connector transfers was perfect. Nice buses and friendly drivers. All tours on time ! I will recommend this taxi company to my friends

We booked round trip transfer via connecto transfers. On the return trip from Italian ski resort to airport. At planned and confirmed time 4 AM bus did not showed up, he was not picking his phone and connecto transfers advertised 24/7 customers service line was unavailable. Due to no service no customers support we missed the flight and had to order local taxi and buy new plane tickets what made our trip home way longer and exhausting. When we asked to compensate for the new transfer and new plane tickets. their complaint deparment only wrote their "sincere apologies" and closed this case with only refunding for the failed services. I recommend you think before ordering Connecto Transfers as they are middle man and in any case they carry no responsibilities.

Sadly they have just told us that if we want this transfer we have now got to pay an additional €23.76 not a great service wish id have checked the reviews before I booked

We had booked car transfers with connecto twice. In arrival in Milan, they sent us an uncomfortable van, instead if the Mercedes sedan we had booked. When I called the customer care, they said the Mercedes had a break down and the van was a last minute replacement. The Van driver however told us that he had the booking almost 10 hours before our flight. Customer care asked us to write an email for compensation. After follow up we received a refund of EUR 59.82 against a payment of EUR 558! For three hours of discomfort after a nine hour flight. I booked agin for a return transfer. I called to change the booking at 9 am, while car was booked for 2 pm. They were unhelpful and just sent an email saying no change was possible and I would loose the full booking amount of EUR 480. Incidentally the return discount offer I received was much higher than a fresh booking on the same platform! That just want to mislead and con!

I have booked and paid a return transfer from Lyon Airport to Tignes for my ski holiday (around 800 euros). Turns out to be the worst experience I have had in 30 years of travelling around the world. First, they give the driver a wrong pick-up time and also did not check that my flight was late although I have provided them the flight number in order to track it (as it is stated on the FAQ section on their site) and the delay was announced by Lufthansa 30 minutes before departure; overall, the driver had to wait 1 hour for us. The driver, who, btw, didn't wait for us in the airport despite service paid (7 euros), claim a 40 euros extra for that delay. I told him that it is Connecto's responsabilitty, they give him incorrect time and didn't update the pick-up time. The driver contact Connecto via WhatsApp and they instructed him to collect that 40 euros from me, although it was entirelly their folt in missleading the driver. As for the trip itself, it was a nightmare. The driver pick-up us with an electric car who it wasn't even fully charged, so we had to made two long stops along the way for charging. Overall, insted of 4 hours drive for 250 km (check that time on Waze app. before departure from Lyon Airport) we made it in 8 hours!!! That was my experience with this company. Of curse I have cancelled my return trip with them, hope I will get my refound - will keep you updated.

Avoid this company at all costs, the booking link is not working at all. I tried to reach out to customer service to get some help via email but no luck, as I definitely couldn't afford to miss the flight. They did not respond to the email in time I tried to call their stated Austrian number (but actually it was a German number instead, you can gauge the legitimacy of this service). No one picked up and I called a several times with at least 10 mins waiting time each call, no one picked up. It was bad and they charged me 100% cancellation. This is beyond ridiculous.

Avoid this company. I paid over €500 for a transfer and received no confirmation, no receipt, no booking documents, no cancellation link, and no contract information. Weeks later—only after contacting them—they sent a link revealing confirmations that had been created on the booking day but never sent to me. Their cancellation policy is extremely predatory: if you don’t buy their “Cancellation Protection,” they keep 100% of your money, even if they fail to send the confirmation and you cannot access or manage your booking at all. Customer service was unhelpful, contradictory, and repeatedly referred me to links I never received. The whole setup feels misleading, opaque, and designed to trap customers. I ultimately had to file a chargeback because the company failed to deliver the contract itself. There are many reliable transfer companies out there — this is not one of them.

ACHTUNG!! Transfer gebucht, Flug wurde dann geändert und ich muss stornieren. Das geht mit 2 Klicks, ohne jede Information, dass das bereits gezahlte Geld dann weg ist. Ganz miese Masche. NIE NIE wieder

Company and Driver did not communicate pick up times and instructions and left early leaving us at airport in a foreign country. The company did not accept any responsibility for shocking communication and ultimately no service. They are now not responding to any emails and have refused refund or any type of compensation for A dreadful experience

I recently booked a transfer with this company, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the booking system not distinguishing between adult and child passengers, the driver refused to take us because of the lack of a child seat, even though this requirement was never mentioned during the booking process. When I asked the company to provide the legal reference for their claim that child seats are mandatory in non-private vehicles in Albania, they failed to do so and instead changed their explanation to citing their “terms and conditions.” This inconsistency shows a lack of professionalism and very poor customer service. Rather than addressing the issue transparently, the company avoided giving a clear answer and refused a refund. As someone who travels frequently and was trying their services for the first time, I find it short-sighted that they would risk losing a loyal customer over €60. I will not be using their services again, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before booking to avoid the same stress and inconvenience I faced.

Can’t be trusted! They left us stranded in rural Spain on the last day of our holiday as the airport minibus we had booked for 8- including a baby and a 75 year old- just didn’t turn up. They kept us waiting for 45 minutes after it was due then basically said tough luck you’ll have to find your own transportation to the airport - not very easy in rural Spain for 8 passengers at the last minute!!

Absolutely do not recommend – dishonest and unprofessional company They required the full payment (€90) upfront, which I accepted. At first, the driver was responsive, but at the time he was supposed to pick us up, he stopped replying – and even worse, blocked our number. We were left stranded and I had to involve the local police just to secure alternative transport in time for our flight. I had to take another taxi for an additional €60, which they refused to reimburse. They only refunded the original amount and offered no real apology or acknowledgment of their driver’s unacceptable behavior. After checking online reviews, I realized I’m far from the only one who’s had such a terrible experience. Clearly, this company fails repeatedly and takes no real responsibility for it. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind – stay away from this company.

Vreselijke service, volledig onbetrouwbaar. Ik had drie transfers geboekt in Miami voor zes personen en voorschot op betaald. Eerste transfer van de Luchthaven naar Riu hotel in Miami, bij aankomst in de luchthaven was er niemand aanwezig. Na enkele sms berichten heen en weer kwam er na een uur een chauffeur ter plaatse met een wagen voor zes personen maar niet voorzien voor de bagage. Deze chauffeur wou ons mits betaling een tweede wagen aansmeren. We hebben dat geweigerd en een privé taxi aan de luchthaven genomen met een extra kost van 85$. De tweede transfer van het hotel naar de Cruise Terminal in Fort Lauderdale verliep vlekkeloos. De derde transfer, 9 dagen later, van de Cruise Terminal naar de luchthaven was een ramp. De dag op voorhand, zoals alle andere transfers, nog een bevestiging gekregen met de telefoonnummer van de chauffeur op vermeld indien hij niet aanwezig zou zijn. Alvorens het schip te verlaten heb ik contact opgenomen via WhatsApp op het aangegeven nummer en kreeg daar een antwoord dat die transfer bij hun niet gekend was en Sorry we kunnen U niet helpen. Dus ge komt met een paar duizend man op de Terminal en uw bestelde transfer is niet ter plaatse en ge moet wel uw Internationale vlucht halen, dat is een stress situatie. Toch nog op het laatste moment een privé taxi kunnen strikken en mits een betaling van 180$ heeft die ons naar de luchthaven gebracht. Bij thuiskomst heb ik onmiddellijk via mail contact opgenomen met connecto transfer en na de nodige verontschuldigingen hebben ze mijn voorschot terug betaald maar van de extra kosten die we gemaakt hadden moesten we geen tussenkomst verwachten. Ik had ook nog twee transfers geboekt in Spanje voor de toekomst die ik dan ook onmiddellijk heb geannuleerd en waar ik wel 25% moest laten vallen voor de annulatie kosten. Dus samengevat heb ik een heel slechte ervaring met deze onbetrouwbare maatschappij en raad ik iedereen af om daar mee te boeken. Een misnoegde klant. Kwick Freddy

Transfer from Trieste did show up, rang them and said driver went to wrong airport and wasn’t going to do the pick up . This was 9pm at night with 4 kids, no hire cars available so had to hire 2 taxis to get us to our destination. Disaster, avoid.
