We were due to arrive into Copenhagen airport around 11pm with twin toddlers so decided to just pay extra for a private transfer as opposed to public transport at that time of night. We paid almost €90 for a short 15 minute ride, however, when we got there the car did not have car seats despite me paying extra and stating this clearly in my booking request. The driver was very apologetic, but the information was not relayed to him. This was not good enough and I sent several emails which were not responded to. I eventually got a reply a couple of weeks later with very little apology and a €10 refund. I will never ever book with this company again.”

“I had some initial skepticism at first, but left with very few options. I decided to take a chance with your company and I was beyond pleased.! Your driver Anwar met me inside the airport. He had a beautiful car whereas I was told I was getting a sedan. I ended up with the Mercedes minivan so that was pleasant surprise given how little I was paying. I’ve already referred two friends to your company already.
If I had to say what you should do to create more trust and comfort is to tell the customer that their credit card will only be authorized and not charged until a driver is found it took about an hour for you to find one which is fine, but not knowing that I had an authorization only made me a bit concerned that I was getting scammed or something but otherwise everything was great. The price was reasonable the car great driver, friendly there is simply nothing I could ask for more. Good job guys you’ve got a great customer now.”
