“If there is a negative, I would give this company a negative. Be very aware of its very deception practice. I booked a couple of taxi pick up service in Venice city on Connecto in late June. It turned out taxi does not operate in Venice, only boats. So I had to cancel it two days ahead of time. On the booking pages, cancellation terms are nowhere to be visible. Connecto pre-charged me full price for taxi service they could not provide! And they had the galls to keep the ill-obtained money and refuse to refund. Bad business like Connecto really give Italy a bad reputation...”

Jedyny drobny, naprawdę drobny szczegół to brak informacji o kierowcy w sensie ewentualny kontakt czy potwierdzenie wyjazdu. To wzbudziło delikatny stresik 😀. Jednak to naprawdę drobne zaniedbanie gdyż kierowca był przed czasem i sam zainteresował sie klientem. Obsługa oraz jazda samego kierowcy, perfekcyjna, nawet nie musieliśmy dotykać walizek przy załadunku i rozładunku. Gorąco polecam.”
