“We had a great experience with connectotrabsfers. Both our drivers were early for our appointments to and from Verona airport to Selva val Gardena.
One addition I would add to the service would be a WhatsApp message from the driver on his live arrival time”
“We booked round trip transfer via connecto transfers. On the return trip from Italian ski resort to airport. At planned and confirmed time 4 AM bus did not showed up, he was not picking his phone and connecto transfers advertised 24/7 customers service line was unavailable. Due to no service no customers support we missed the flight and had to order local taxi and buy new plane tickets what made our trip home way longer and exhausting.
When we asked to compensate for the new transfer and new plane tickets. their complaint deparment only wrote their "sincere apologies" and closed this case with only refunding for the failed services.
I recommend you think before ordering Connecto Transfers as they are middle man and in any case they carry no responsibilities.”

“We had booked car transfers with connecto twice. In arrival in Milan, they sent us an uncomfortable van, instead if the Mercedes sedan we had booked.
When I called the customer care, they said the Mercedes had a break down and the van was a last minute replacement. The Van driver however told us that he had the booking almost 10 hours before our flight. Customer care asked us to write an email for compensation.
After follow up we received a refund of EUR 59.82 against a payment of EUR 558! For three hours of discomfort after a nine hour flight.
I booked agin for a return transfer. I called to change the booking at 9 am, while car was booked for 2 pm. They were unhelpful and just sent an email saying no change was possible and I would loose the full booking amount of EUR 480.
Incidentally the return discount offer I received was much higher than a fresh booking on the same platform! That just want to mislead and con!”
“I have booked and paid a return transfer from Lyon Airport to Tignes for my ski holiday (around 800 euros). Turns out to be the worst experience I have had in 30 years of travelling around the world. First, they give the driver a wrong pick-up time and also did not check that my flight was late although I have provided them the flight number in order to track it (as it is stated on the FAQ section on their site) and the delay was announced by Lufthansa 30 minutes before departure; overall, the driver had to wait 1 hour for us. The driver, who, btw, didn't wait for us in the airport despite service paid (7 euros), claim a 40 euros extra for that delay. I told him that it is Connecto's responsabilitty, they give him incorrect time and didn't update the pick-up time. The driver contact Connecto via WhatsApp and they instructed him to collect that 40 euros from me, although it was entirelly their folt in missleading the driver. As for the trip itself, it was a nightmare. The driver pick-up us with an electric car who it wasn't even fully charged, so we had to made two long stops along the way for charging. Overall, insted of 4 hours drive for 250 km (check that time on Waze app. before departure from Lyon Airport) we made it in 8 hours!!! That was my experience with this company. Of curse I have cancelled my return trip with them, hope I will get my refound - will keep you updated.”
“Avoid this company at all costs, the booking link is not working at all. I tried to reach out to customer service to get some help via email but no luck, as I definitely couldn't afford to miss the flight. They did not respond to the email in time I tried to call their stated Austrian number (but actually it was a German number instead, you can gauge the legitimacy of this service). No one picked up and I called a several times with at least 10 mins waiting time each call, no one picked up. It was bad and they charged me 100% cancellation. This is beyond ridiculous.”

I paid over €500 for a transfer and received no confirmation, no receipt, no booking documents, no cancellation link, and no contract information. Weeks later—only after contacting them—they sent a link revealing confirmations that had been created on the booking day but never sent to me.
Their cancellation policy is extremely predatory: if you don’t buy their “Cancellation Protection,” they keep 100% of your money, even if they fail to send the confirmation and you cannot access or manage your booking at all.
Customer service was unhelpful, contradictory, and repeatedly referred me to links I never received. The whole setup feels misleading, opaque, and designed to trap customers.
I ultimately had to file a chargeback because the company failed to deliver the contract itself.
There are many reliable transfer companies out there — this is not one of them.”
