“I had the worst experience with you i booked a minivan on the 31/7/3026 at 9 AM from galataport to Istanbul airport for 4 people and 12 bags , I paid the full amount of the booking which were 112 Euros on the day of the booking which was on june 23, we were at the arrival terminal at 9 and we waited for an hour and the driver didn't show up and we contacted the number on the booking twice ( which was an international call ) they kept putting us on hold and kept telling us that they are unable to locate the driver and they need at least 20 minutes to be able to find another driver and they dont know how long he needs to get to us . What happened was unprofessional and un ethical since we had a flight to catch so we had to get a car near the port and pay again because we couldn't wait any longer we can't miss our flight, I want the money I paid to be refunded but the problem is I haven't heard from the company”
“Connecto was blessings and Mr igor was too good his driving was excellent on time at airport he communicated absolutely to pick me infact he paid 1euro for me as i was not having change he also guided me where to go in lake bled it was libg 5 hr journey from vienna to bled and enjoyed everybit driving talking with Mr igor loved it”
“picking up from airport went without a hitch
however the return to the airport from rovinj marina was i little concerning as the driver wasnt prepared to wait 5 mins after the collection time which was due to the ferry coming in a little late and i was threatened with a "no show " policy despite having paid in full 105 euros for the journey advise dont pay in advance”
