“We booked a premium transfer from Barcelona Airport Terminal 1 to Cunit for our family, including children.
The driver was rude and impatient at both pickup and drop-off. During the journey, I observed him handling and using his phone while driving. He was even taking selfies to some lady. A GPS speedometer app showed speeds of 127 km/h and 133 km/h on a section with a 100 km/h limit, with a recorded maximum of 134 km/h.
There were several other problems:
The requested child seat was handed to us, and we were told to install it ourselves. The driver did not check whether it had been installed correctly.
The driver could not locate our hotel, although the destination was clearly specified in the booking. We had to provide the location when we reached Cunit.
Used water bottles had been left in the passenger area, which was not what we expected from a premium transfer.
The driver’s overall behaviour was rude and unprofessional.
Our luggage had been delayed, but we had kept both the driver and Connecto informed throughout.
We submitted a complaint and provided screenshots of the recorded speeds. Connecto said we did not have sufficient proof and refused compensation, without meaningfully addressing the combined safety and service concerns.
A very unpleasant family transfer, and we would not book with Connecto again.”

“A transfer was booked for my niece with pickup scheduled for 13:30 from Barcelona Nord Bus Station to airport. She arrived at the meeting point around 13:00, allowing more than enough time before the scheduled pickup. Despite this, the driver never made contact with her, and she received no phone calls, text messages, missed calls, or any other communication. As laternative means of communication I've also provided my e-mail address however didn' receive any e-mail.
When the driver failed to appear, my niece repeatedly tried calling customer support but could not reach anyone. I then attempted to contact the company myself and spent a considerable amount of time on hold before finally speaking with a representative. I was told that the driver had already left and had allegedly attempted to contact my niece. However, there is absolutely no evidence of any such attempt. Furthermore, my email address was provided during the booking process as an alternative contact method, yet nobody contacted me either.
What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of assistance when the problem became apparent. No effort was made to help locate the driver, find a solution, or arrange an alternative transfer. As a result, I had to organize alternative transportation remotely, causing significant stress, anxiety, inconvenience, and additional expense.
After submitting a formal complaint, the company refused to provide compensation or a refund, simply insisting that the driver was present. They also failed to provide satisfactory proof of their alleged contact attempts.
This was not the reliable and professional service we paid for. The combination of a missed pickup, poor communication, unresponsive customer support, and refusal to take responsibility left us feeling completely let down.
I cannot recommend ConnectoTransfers. Based on our experience, the service was highly unprofessional, and customers should think carefully before relying on this company for important travel arrangements.”
