Brilliant blinds made to measure and delivered within 2weeks as promised. Was quoted £1600 from another supplier and found similar blinds at Blinds2go for £338. Can't beat it!

Blinds fitted as expected although the cords did require a little tightening. Otherwise very pleased. Well worth the money.

I ordered the Duoshade Easifit conservatory blinds. Cannot fault delivery, blinds due to be delivered between 7th and 10th June but they arrived on the 2nd. The blind itself seems a decent quality other than the 'strings' it hangs on, it is obviously quite flimsy and very obvious and tempting for children to pull etc. As for 'easifit', I don't agree, no instructions came with the blinds, I had to download these, the sliders into the window frame are fine but the plastic clip the string attaches to, does not seem secure and does not 'clip' into place, every time I adjust the string,it comes off the clip. Definitely not easy.

ORDER no: B13749812WB I don't understand why reviews on this site are bad as I read so many great ones on Trust Pilot and as it happens I am glad I did as they were correct! (Time to rectify this website of reviews) after ordering free samples, I ordered 1 blind first to try see if they'd respect my measurements & delivery promises until ordering a 2nd. We chose for the afternoon sun facing bedrooms' single French windows the 'EASIFIT DUOLIGHT 'HONEYCOMB' (CONSERVATORY) BLIND. This is of course a cheaper version than the high technology Duettes, you'll know as soon as you see the samples, but it was an opportunity to try something still stylish and made to measure for the fraction of the price. As Duettes would have cost around £400. (This 1 cost £70 incl delivery). I rang them first to ensure which fitting was the correct option for my window style, the staff on phone was a delight in politeness, friendliness and directed me to the Conservatory>Easyfit cordless option page. So via Paypal off I went and placed and order. Within 7 working days the blind arrived, via UPS ( I had full tracking info to know arrival date by email) and well wrapped/presented. THE MEASUREMENTS were spot on so was the the colour, the fitting bits were actually easier than we first realised. There is also a video on the page site of the blind to help you. So now that I knew they were correct and reliable I ordered my 2nd blind which also arrived at same speed and correctly measured. I suggest you also try their FREE SAMPLE- NO HASSLE form order to try bits of fabrics for free first as this was also a spot on service I indulged in before placing the order. The DUOLIGHT is not as posh as DUETTES but on a bigger scale looks much better than the samples we received at first. Time will tell by how much it will reduce the temperature in our bedroom from the sun beating it gets but it looks fab even as is. The daylight still come through (as it is supposed to) which allows privacy yet we don't need to turn light on during the day. There's the opaque (duoshade) version but only good if you need a black out version which we didn't. as we have another curtain still in use we just wanted a daylight version. we went for white, and for dark pewter grey. I have put photos on my pinterest should you care to see. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

So sorry I didn't read these reviews befor I ordered. Easy fit blinds are anything but, awful quality and ugly looking strings and fittings always on show. Blinds to go want me to spend another £130 with them to replace them with the blinds I wanted in the first place. Won't give them another penny. Absolute rubbish and awful customer service ethos, tough luck is their view. Horrible don't use them.

Awful !!!!! I have been waiting well over a month for my blinds to be delivered, the first delivery they sent to the wrong address and then told me they would resend urgently, what aloud of rubbish. I cancelled the order over the phone as it was taking way too long, as they said they could rush the ordered they continued to do so. They come 2 weeks after the date they said they would and the quality was poor to say the least !!! Called to complain as they were so late and I no longer wanted them as now bought other blinds because they took so long and also I found a much better product on a competitor site (so google other companies) and they said they offer a zero refund policy !!! The manager I then spoke to Saj offered a silly discount and when I asked for the complaint procedure he really did not want to give it me and then read out the process so quick I just about got the first word. Terrible terrible !!! Now emailing a complain to Laura Hickling who is apparently the complaints manager, I do not expect they will help either though

ordered a new vertical blind with the exact measurments of my old one and selected the option exact. slats are too small and have been told by customer service that the measurment included the depth of the rail. when I ask for blinds an exact measurment I expect them to be that measurment. have been offered 50% off the price of new slats !! and the same lengthy delivery time !! shocking !! stay clear !!

Very disappointed with blinds received today. 3 individual blinds all for same room in a thick horizontal stripe with absolutely no attempt at pattern match. When rolled up they appear to be completely different from each other !! Customer service not remotely interested....credit card dispute started and never again!

They think that there is nothing wrong with their products and they do not bother helping or ubderstanding what issues are. it is very hard to sort things out with them. If nothing is wrong with blind, blind itself seems ok quality but when something goes wrong, no support and no solution is not provided.

I have used Blinds2Go a few times now, for venetian blinds in my house, and for some conservatory blinds, and they all look really great. The service was very good, quick and great value for money, and a good quality. I have now just had my order through for the rest of my conservatory windows ready for, hopefully, a hot summer, so they will keep it cool and give a nice shade. Once again great service. Thank you Blinds2Go.

I went with Blinds2Go because of the positive online reviews. Having ordered a blind for my living room, the box arrived ripped and battered. A part was broken. The company eventually sent a replacement out. Next came the brackets/screws which were missing. Once that was delivered and the blind was up i realised it does not work! The tilting mechanism makes a horrid noise and the lowering/raising of the blind does not work. The company has ignored emails on the subject. Awful experience.

small claims county court case, after receiving my venetian blind i discovered they were too long and the slat operating mechanism was jammed, when i called blinds to go they told me they will post me a repair kit for the wind up cog mechanism and instructions to shorten the blinds, i said i didn't want to do my own repairs and asked for a refund on the grounds that it's 'not fit for purpose' blinds to go are refusing to give me a refund' so i have started a small claim against them in the county court for the recovery of my losses.

the width was fine but the length was way too long, by about 25mm, the bottom weight and one slat were hanging over the edge of the lower window frame, double checked my measurements as i used a blind fitting comany and they confirmed my measurements were good and the blinds were too long, I'm now in the process trying to get it sorted out via their customers services dept, as i have to somehow prove it was their error and not mine, it might require an legal affidavit from my fitter, also it's going to be a big hassle having to post it back to them, luckily i only ordered one initially as i wanted to check on the quality of measurements before ordering the remaining six other windows, good job i did otherwise i would have had to return all seven blinds, its the first time i have used blinds to go and so far I'm very disappointed, i wouldn't recommend them as their quality control is very poor.

Ordered 2 x blinds after reading their reviews on their website all 5* (funny that) One blind is fine the other too big, told them and they said nothing they could do, I ended up chipping away a bit of plaster to get them in. Still the blind is not good, when i open them it feels like it will come away from fitting and three of the slats have come away from the poorly glued finish. I previously has same sort of blind from Dunhelm. I chose Blinds2go as they were more competitive. I still spent £200 with Blinds2Go and expected much more. Recommendation would be to swerve this company and go to Dunhelm.

The wooden blinds I ordered did not match the sample. I was told the sample was within a tolerance limit - but no information on those tolerances was provided. I was then told that the information under 'fabric' covered the wooden blinds difference in colours. They would not refund me, although offered 25% off if I ordered more. However, I had zero confidence that the blinds I wanted would match anything I expected it to, so have not taken them up on this. I had other blinds from them, roller and roman, which were fine, but I will definitely not order anything from them again. Very unhappy with level of customer service and the refusal to accept that what I ordered did not match the sample. Also nothing like their website picture, but not much you can do about that one. Sorry, I will not be back, and would not recommend them.
