Hi Greg, Honestly, I went back and forth about my rating of average because every since Consolidated moved from the Longwood facility to the new facility in Sanford we have had nothing but problems and mistakes with our orders. Bell Performance (previously Bell Additives) has been doing business with Consolidated ever since Joel opened the business. We are located on Bennett just down the street from your old facility. The problems we have had since your move have ranged from missed completion dates (more often than not on all orders) errors on the winding direction of the labels, reverse numbering errors, cores popping out during shipping, and the number of labels per roll based on our specifications. Our customer service rep Jennifer Fletcher and our sales rep Mike Sheffield have always done a great job taking care of us and I know they are doing everything they can to make sure things are done correctly. It appear the problems are quality control in the plant. If you need more specific information or would like to discuss this please feel free to contact me at any time. Maria, Thank you so much for taking the time to outline the issues you have experienced. I spoke to Mike after he left your facility last week and I can tell you that our team is very serious about addressing and eliminating these issues. We have recently hired a new Quality Control Manager that brings a lot of experience and is already making strides in our production error reduction. Obviously, you have Mike and Jennifer to help, along with our new QC Manager (who is now well aware of these issues) but if there is ever a time where you feel my involvement could make a difference, please let me know. Your service is generally good, However when it came to shipping you never inquired about how I waned it shipped. You simply sent it ground. I in fact needed the shipment very fast and two weeks later still has not arrived. I am supposed to see it tomorrow. I am hoping that in the future that I can keep my inventory at a status that the time it takes to ship will not be a problem, but it would have been nice to be asked.

These labels are the highest quality labels on the market. We went through other label companies before them and the quality just wasn't there, that is, until I found Consolidated Label Co. Their labels stick to EVERYTHING, even wood, and lacquer! Cari is such a joy to work with, a wonderful attitude, and an excellent work ethic! I am satisfied with our labels with the exception that we wished the the name was bigger on the label. But other than that we are satisfied with the results.

We found the customer service was exceptional. Our first time designing and purchasing labels and our representative Melinda helped us through the process. The labels were produced quickly and shipped quickly. Thanks Condolidated for exceeding our expectations. Great job

I called in and spoke with a lady don't remember her name but her email is jsebald@consolidatedlabel.com....I have never purchased labels before and needed guidance from your personnel on what to purchase. She was EXTREMLY RUDE to me. I explained to her that I needed her knowledge with labels, just like she would we need my knowledge about glass. She acted as if I should KNOW what I wanted. I was looking for labels that would wrap around water bottle, she did inform me many times no such label existed. I explained to her that it was ok, but my mother during her re-election campaign purchased labels that worked very well for a water bottle, even though it did not wrap all the way around. I was then turned over to Danny, who was EXCELLENT!! However, because of whatever person above wrote up we went with that. I am fully aware that I approved the proof and size of my label. However, I was VERY disappointed when I rec'd my labels. They are basically a business card that is a label and look like crap on water bottles. It would seem the lady I originally worked with put no effort or thought into what I was looking for. Who ever the lady I originally worked with should have offered a much better label and her knowledge of labels, just as I do when people call in looking for glass. I was not happy with your services at all or the art department, again I realize I approved everything, but I was basing my approval on the label suggested by first lady. The art department put no thought into designing something, just my logo on a label. I don't think I will use you again due to this. She actually sounded very snotty with me when I asked for her knowledge. VERY POOR customer service by her. Danny was great, even when I called back when I realized the labels I rec'd he apologized once he knew what I was looking for and said ya that wont look good on a bottle. So now I'm stuck with several hundred labels I wont be using because they look extremely cheesy on a water bottle.

Very good, valuable relationship. You are very responsive to "all" needs - especially emergencies which is very important to me as a new employee here. We need to improve upon communication between the customer service at Consolidated and the art department at Apollo though. There seems to be an on-going disconnect there.
