“1) CSR argued with me as to where these 2 labels were reprints, so wanted to charge for setup and plates 2) Order confirmations and proofs were sent to my co-worker in Canada instead of me. Even after I wrote to complain 3) After changing the UV plate, the Revised Order Acknowledgement showed charges for 3 plates, not 1 4) After writing to ask it be updated, the invoice still came through with the extra plate charges, what had to be credited. 5) I still haven't seen any samples to know how the job printed.”

“I've been ordering labels for quite a few years from Consolidated labels and have never had a problem. We first created some customized labels and since then ordering has never been an issue.”

“Consolidated Label provides competitive prices, and exceptional customer service. They helped me work through several iterations of high-volume, custom, blank labels, including multiple dies and flexographic printing plates. I once received a bad batch of labels, which they promptly replaced, free-of-charge. I am willing to pay freight charges to have their material shipped from a different state, because the quality and service is so great!”

“The whole process was smooth and the web interface to upload and approve the labels worked very well. The labels arrived in a timely manner and they look and work great. “The service was fantastic. Thanks Beau and Chris Harris for all the hard work and details. Because we are so far away in south america and this products are manufacturated in USA and then sold in Peru we still have to check out the real label samples, but the pictures our manufacturers had send us look ok. Thanks”

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the issues you experienced during shipping. We use the most reputable carriers available and all stand by their service. If there was significant damage to the packaging during shipment, a damage claim might be the best bet to recoup any lost product. If would like assistance with that process, please let us know. “Hi Greg, Honestly, I went back and forth about my rating of average because every since Consolidated moved from the Longwood facility to the new facility in Sanford we have had nothing but problems and mistakes with our orders. Bell Performance (previously Bell Additives) has been doing business with Consolidated ever since Joel opened the business. We are located on Bennett just down the street from your old facility. The problems we have had since your move have ranged from missed completion dates (more often than not on all orders) errors on the winding direction of the labels, reverse numbering errors, cores popping out during shipping, and the number of labels per roll based on our specifications. Our customer service rep Jennifer Fletcher and our sales rep Mike Sheffield have always done a great job taking care of us and I know they are doing everything they can to make sure things are done correctly. It appear the problems are quality control in the plant. If you need more specific information or would like to discuss this please feel free to contact me at any time. Maria, Thank you so much for taking the time to outline the issues you have experienced. I spoke to Mike after he left your facility last week and I can tell you that our team is very serious about addressing and eliminating these issues. We have recently hired a new Quality Control Manager that brings a lot of experience and is already making strides in our production error reduction. Obviously, you have Mike and Jennifer to help, along with our new QC Manager (who is now well aware of these issues) but if there is ever a time where you feel my involvement could make a difference, please let me know.
