“Love the reseller rate. Quality is second to none. And Melinda Young is great to work with. When Melinda was out of town the day I sent over the order, Meagan Rogers stepped in and kept the order going quickly so we didn't lose any time. They made my deadline! So happy with this company.”

“You guys would have received a (VERY GOOD) rating except two things really bothers me. The fact that I've been a long time customer and have spent lots of money with your company and when ever I place orders with you guys my order does not get touched until I pay in full, in advance. That and turn around times are pretty slow. I've had to pay for expedited shipping numerous times.”

“The person I deal with is Cari Fernandez. She has always answered all my questions and made me feel like she cared. I came to this company as a person with no experience with labels and she was able to make me walk away as a person who was now very knowledgeable. “This was my first time doing anything like this. It was a little difficult to work through what type of file was needed. The communication back and forth with with customer service rep was a little bumpy but eventually ended fine. The final product turned out great so we are pleased.”

Blanca, It does look like we had a bit of a delay in the initial proofing and another for resizing the artwork to be sure that it fit the intended container. I apologize for the extra time it took.
