“Great products, competitively priced. Polite service. Unfortunately I was let down with the goods arriving one hour after the time frame thay gave me, with no prior warning. Plus one item had smashed in transit and i have to reorder it before I get a refund. (thats not great service)”

“Item was delivered very quickly, overall I am very pleased with the product, the only downside was the installation was a nightmare!!! The instructions that the cooker hood came with were far too complicated, and I couldn't find a website for Cookology to get any clarification. It took us over 4 hours to work out how to install the hood, and found that we didn't use all the different types of screws that came in the box. As long as it doesn't fall down, am otherwise very pleased with how this hood look, I particularly like the 4 down lights, it does seam noiser than any other cooker hood that I've had before though.”

“The best on-line price for my item, easy website to use for the purchase and a very quick delivery. The only reason I've "docked" a star is that I tried several times to get in touch to change my delivery slot but the number their courier company gave me didn't work and they didn't respond to the message I left. That said, I would buy from them again.”
