“The only thing that wasn't right was that the instructions were only in German and I had to make four telephone calls (three with Baumatic UK Head office as I was advice by yourselves) before I could get a photocopied version of a similar model. Mind you the last person I spoke with at Baumatic was very apologetic and acted very quickly. Concerning the appliance, this so far is working fine though it makes funny noises like gargles and it took a little while to get used to but I have been told by a service engineer at Baumatic that this is quite normal?”

“Delivered on time and in the evening, though didn't know that until I'd arranged the day off. Only one person to deliver a 180 cm fridge freezer. He was nice, took a while to get the fridge freezer in, but still very happy with service, price and communication. Would definitely recommend - best price anywhere for my Daewoo cream fridge freezer”

“Items arrived on time at a very good price. However their damage policy is to open an item on delivery and inspect in 24 hours. There is not always the opportunity to do that and found a problem outside this period with one of the door knobs, there was cosmetic damage. They were not helpful.”
