“I purchased the exact model that had given up the ghost. Arrived in good time and seems to be working OK, hopefully it will last longer than the original(8 yrs). The downer was that the chimney had a walnut size dent in it, it had been dented from the inside outward? probably done in the original packing. Luckily I was able to use my original chimney, as it was same model.”

“It was ok when it arrived but a week late missed note on paper to ring 1/2an hour before arrival so we could be there to meet driver being sat afternoon no staff on which you were told”

“Pleased with the pan set. I was reluctant at first (0ld set over 20 yrs old!) but besides the fact that I thought would be heavier it doesn't stick, cooks well and looks nice. Bonus of no handles so easier storage.”
