“The item advertised was in stock at an attractive price. My order was immediately acknowledged and soon after I received a telephone call from a lady at the company asking if a proposed delivery date was convenient. This person was both efficient and friendly. The evening before delivery I received a call from the driver to check that I would be home for an early morning delivery. Again this person was friendly. Having driven a long distance he arrived early and put the item in my garage under my guidance. On the web site the description of the item was that it was brand new but may be in "tatty" packaging. In fact the packaging was in perfect condition. From start to finish an excellent transaction with some very nice people.”
