“I got in a bit of trouble when a departing tenant broke a CDA glass Hob! Your excellent & very helpful Bishops Stortford people sorted a replacement one at the last minute! All's happy. JC Le Beron / RIVA DESIGNS (1975)”

“Even though the delivery man arrived on his own!!!! He was very helpful and with my husbands help managed to remove our American fridge freezer and deliver the new one. Re the new fisher paykel- too early to say but it looks really impressive!”

“Website misleading as it stated delivery would be free and next day or 24hrs. However the customer service desk stated this was only for small goods. When the item eventually arrived for installation it was after 11:30pm.... Amazing.”

“We are pleased with our new hob and the service we received on phone whilst ordering. Our only concern was the condition of packaging when delivered, the box was damaged considerably but fortunately our hob was intact.”
