“The washing machine was due to be delivered on Thursday 12th June waited in all day no explanation, emailed on the Friday 13th June got a quick response saying being it was being delivered on 16th June between 9-11 and it was.”

“please with the oven, BUT do find it is fiddly to start. If one doesn't hold the knob long enough, it does light up, then goes out again. Also it is a lot hotter on the low heat.”

“Delivery was quick, although I only had 1 man struggling to deliver my range coooker and was having to throw it around a bit....which was quite alarming for me to watch. I think you should have 2 delivery men for larger items such as these as it is unsettling to watch your lovely new appliance (you have just spent lots of money on) being treated that way...”

“Delivery was prompt after order - driver notified us well in advance & was punctual, friendly & helpful. A couple of quibbles : The range cooker is ( obviously ) very heavy and cumbersome to move around - so why does the client have to fit the feet ? The only instructions supplied for fitting the cooker hood were in Dutch & the chimney brackets are clumsy & difficult to fit. However, this is the 1st time I have purchased from you - and would certainly consider doing so again.”

“I ordered an integrated Montpellier Microwave Oven as my Lamona integrated microwave packed in. The delivery was very quick, only thing I would say is that I did not receive an email stating when it would be delivered like it said I would. I am very happy with my purchase so far though. The microwave looks very nice and does not look cheap, even though it was half the price of the microwave i previously had. It fitted in the space perfectly and was easy for my partner to fit (too heavy for me). Overall good value for money and happy with service! :-)))”
