“Very good information we wanted on the phone. Product we wanted was in stock at a reasonable price, slightly disappointing that they would only deliver to the kerbside and we were ordering an American Fridge Freezer, so we had to pay extra for the product to be delivered by another company to be moved to the kitchen, in the end, only one man did the job anyway.”

“The efficiency of this company was remarkable including the great communication skills portrayed when a problem with delivery times developed. The good ordered looks like what is advertised on line but I can't comment on the functioning of the goods yet as it has not yet been installed. I would definitely use that online company again.”

“Customer service is the best I've ever encountered. I first rang with a few questions concerning the cooker I was interested in purchasing, since I hadn't been able to find one in a shop to inspect in person. The young man I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful with my queries, and took my order over the phone, which saved me having to go back on the website. He also followed up to confirm the time of delivery, which took place the following day. The delivery driver was courteous and helpful, and the product itself (Cannon Professional 60 gas cooker) is superb.”

“I was impressed with the pre-sales service and their prices, however, the delivery service was bad. Delivery team contacted me the day before to ask "If I could be at the property at 7.00AM" I agreed although I had to leave home at 5 to get there. No delivery at 8.30, so I contacted them to be told that Lorry was still in depot. No apology for lack of contact. Delivery turned up at 3.00PM. Can't comment on quality of appliances as not installed yet.”

“Item purchased was delivered in a timely manner. Not yet fitted so can't comment on use yet, but looks very nice in the box ! Will certain consider using them again for the service given.”
