“NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! I had to do all the phoning to them to get information even though they insisted they'd tried to call me several times, they hadn't and they said they'd sent an email, which they hadn't. It wasn't untill I contacted them on the day of the expected delivery, having booked a days annual leave from work, that they informed me the item wasn't coming. Very poor service indeed, will never use them again and will not recommend.”

“They had by far the best stock availability for the products I wanted, giving me a choice of three variations, when most suppliers were sold out, and they were £35 cheaper. The goods were delivered at 7 am on the day arranged. Website very easy to use too. All in all very pleased.”

“Useful email advice 'when back in stock' service. Helpful phone support. Somewhat confusing as I get emails from the USA site that then transfers me to the UK end. Better if I was linked/registered just to the UK site Not received order yet but very good mobile text advice regarding delivery date info and a chance to change that.”

“I had a little difficulty processing my order online, but when I telephoned the agent was very helpful, even ringing me back to avoid charges. Unfortunately, they only delivered to Sheffield area on Wednesdays when I was off work, but our builder accepted the delivery and very happy with the service.”

“Telephone sales were most helpful, even to the degree of confirming a delivery time slot the following day, they even switched the delivery from my work to my home address for me as I had to leave the office at short notice. The driver waited for me at my home and delivered the Washing Machine right into my kitchen - Excellent company - I would highly reccommend them to anybody not wanting to be messed around”
