“Product very good and remarkable value...(time will tell). Ordered by phone and the two staff I spoke to were very helpful and phoned back when they said they would. But delivery was not made and was 3 days late due to the fact that my street name had been left out of the delivery address. So all their good positive work was marred by a simple human error. I'm giving 4 stars because they tried hard.”

“I ordered by phone and spoke to someone who was very helpful, answered all my questions with a knowledge of the products being sold. I can not comment on delivery as I have asked for my cooker to be held for a month until I am ready to receive it.”

“So happy with my purchases and the quality is fantastic. I was kept informed about the delivery and given a timeslot which was absolutely spot on. “Staff very helpful and pleasant, but something went wrong with the courier company which resulted in me having to take 3 days off work before my cooker was delivered. I have emailed the company about this but have not received s response as yet (4 days ago)”

“Quick delivery after ordering. The two men that delivered were on time very courteous and chatty. They brought my machine into the utility room for me and took the old one away. Would I recommend them ,yes. Would I use them again, yes.”
