“Easy website to navigate, simple to order. only minor gripe was on the order site said the delievery would be on a certain day, however it did not arrive on that day, however we rang on the expected day and were told it was not on the list but they did give us a time frame for the following day and it arrived spot on. The delievery time was between 0600-0800 which may sound early but as it arrived at 0605hrs is great and meant no missing school run or work! Great for busy families. The product is great too”

“Good customer service, good reasonable priced products. Only problem we had was the stainless steel splashback was slightly damaged in the corner when it arrived although we did not notice till a week or so later when we cam to fit it.”

“I was happy with the first conversation I had when I decided to buy the Fridge and freezer (both integrated and under counter). I was told that they were 14 db when in fact they are by the book 41db which despite being housed are very noisy. The boxes were undamaged but the fridge had two dents near the back edge and lumps on the top under protective plastic, long and short not to impressed . the service after left a lot to be desired as well.”

“Polite and prompt response service to my Emails. Prompt processing of order and super fast delivery for such a big appliance. The only reason why I have not rated my experience as very good is because I wasn't made aware during the ordering process that I would've needed To arrange assistance for the delivery person with getting the large appliance into my home.”

“Good service, I would have gone for "Very Good", however I didn't get a delivery date or tracking information. This would help to ensure we can be at home when the delivery is being made. I haven't installed the Cooker Hood as yet so I couldn't comment on the product itself.”
