“I ordered the wrong built in microwave by mistake, phoned up and returned the item and got a refund - no trouble apart from having to pay the £40 return carriage but that was my problem. Always a good measure to look at how companies react when things go wrong, these guys were very good.”

“Website easy to use, found through Amazon. Delivery choices not great, courier used was unhelpful on phone (1st time, better 2nd time), and dishwasher was delivered by one man with no lifting equipment (he nearly dropped the dishwasher twice). I had to leave work in the middle of the day as they were extremely inflexible regarding the delivery arrangements. In future I will use competitors who have bookable delivery slots preferably.”

“I am happy with my order. The thing I didn't like is that I had to wait all day in, there was no estimate time of delivery, and my first order got lost so I had to wait few more days to get a new one. Apart from that I would use you again in future.”

“Fast delivery & when I had to return the item I received a full refund. The only thing I would say is that they don't help arrange a return. You have to find a postal source & pay yourself. Would be better if they arranged to collect items back from you, even if there was a charge if customers decision to return due to changing their mind.”
