“I paid £30 extra to deliver a fridge freezer from the front door to the kitchen (3 flights of steps) The delivery man turned up with his girlfriend and said the fridge freezer was too heavy for the two of them!!! I took a day of work for the delivery, extremely frustrating and now I'm still without a fridge freezer for 2 more weeks.”

“I would have given Excellent but when the Fisher and Paykel technician fitted the dishwasher there was a dent on the front panel hence the storage and manhandling is far from perfect. I was offered a discount on my next Fisher and Paykel purchase but this felt more like a slap in the face as one is not buying Fisher and Paykel products on a regular basis. Nonetheless, although it sticks in my throat a little, this is a great Company to buy from !”
