“Easy to use website, cheaper than anywhere else, great service. A couple of minorpoints......... We were given a delivery date and my range was delivered on that day, however the date was 5 days after order and that is a little misleading when first browsing on the website there are 'next day delivery' available on the page and I did not get an option for that. The poor delivery driver was on his own and had to get my range cooker out of his van, he did this with alot of effort but I felt awkward and was pretty worried that he would drop it! This is not a reflection on the driver - he was great, very polite and worked really hard, I just thought it was against Health and Safety policies to ask one person to to maneuver an object that weighs 102kg with only a pallet truck.”

“Nice product for a very good price. Much better value than anywhere else I could find the same item. Only real issue was the delivery. I know it is an "all day" delivery - no option to choose a time slot, but I was amazed that no-one even told me which day they would deliver - it just turned up, with no text or phone call to warn me. Could do a lot better.”
