“Good service , very helpful on the phone when I had a query . Fridge just as described . All very good . Only possible issue is perhaps they need to make clear that delivery doesn't include unpacking - with a large fridge this is quite difficult to do on your own so would be good to have unpacking and removal of packaging as part of the service . Very happy with everything else and will definitely use again”

“Had problems logging into get our time slot, phoned to find out when our cooker would get delivered, they called us back within 30 min to give us a 3 hour window. At 10 minutes past the first hour, cooker was in the kitchen. Superb.”

“I found this method of purchase so easy. In the comfort of our home and without confusion but especially that we could compare products online without having to use my memeory recall in a crowded shopping mall/shop. The account set-up was very simple and a breeze to complete and when I concluded with the sale the delivery dates suited and could be adjusted to suit our needs easily.
