“Unfortunately, the item I ordered was not delivered to me, instead an incorrect model was sent out which cause a bit of hassle getting the correct one delivered. That being said, the customer service was super, got a quick response to my issue and although I had to wait a bit longer for the correct item to be delivered it all got resolved to my satisfaction. If this hadn't of happened, I'm sure I would have left a "Very good" rating. Thanks.”

“Lovely staff to talk to and very helpful. Delivery schedule was missed by the carrier, and only rescheduled after I called to chase it, and then for 5 days later than promised. A good job I was not in a rush for the cooler. Delivery performance is a critical part of the purchase experience and one that every supplier needs to get right.”

“Machine as seen on website. My account was charged twice for some reason but the company was quick to review the situation and return the second amount. Delivered on time and in a fairly short time slot which was good because I didn't have to wait around for ages.”
