“My goods arrived extremely quickly, however there was a fault with the fan so I had to contact the manufacturer who responded with no quibble. An engineer duly arrived and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes.”

“My sink didn't arrive when expected so I called to check and it was damaged. Another one was dispatched the next day. I liked the online tracking. The only quibble was I wish I had been called to be told about the damaged sink, I lost a day in my home build work as the sink was fitted on the Monday rather than Friday and my worktop is being fitted a week later, other than that the service was OK. I would use again but be sure to call the day before something's due to double check.”

“Whilst we have not as yet unpacked the fridge. Buying, paying and delivery were all excellent. Nice delivery man who managed to man handle the huge fridge carefully and with no help from us. I am looking forward to "unveiling" it once we have a kitchen to put it in!”
